Vacation Rental Description
This two-story, bright and sunny apartment is approximately 650 square feet. It is a 15-minute walk to the ocean and the lovely recreation trail where you can walk or bike along the Pacific Grove coastline. The downtown shops and restaurants of Pacific Grove are a 10-minute walk. If you are bringing your clubs, the nearest public golf course is the Pacific Grove Golf Course about ½ mile from the apartment. The property is equipped for your entertainment with cable TV/VCR.
The maximum number of guests (including children) who may be accommodated at this property is 2. It has ocean views from the living/dining room and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed. There is a small laundry room with washer and dryer. You will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this property as well as the indoor spaces! There is a small patio for your use, great for barbeques, and a balcony on two sides, which is perfect for soaking up the sun or for outdoor dining.
This property has carpet in the living/dinning room and bedroom, and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bath. The kitchen is well-equipped for a light breakfast or a full dinner! Meal preparation is easy with an apartment-size refrigerator, an apartment-size gas range/oven combination, and the handy microwave oven. This cozy apartment is heated by a gas heater.
This property is located within walking distance of the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the great restaurants of New Monterey and Pacific Grove. A short drive will take you to the Asilomar beach in Pacific Grove, the shops and galleries of Carmel, or great golf in Pebble Beach!

| Forty one years ago, we were living at an apartment right in front of Naval Postgraduate School where my husband studied. We fell in love with Monterey. Ever since, we have been coming here and staying at hotels & motels. It was different until we came across Monterey Bay Property Management vacation rentals. This is our second time around, the first was in September of 2008. It was a great vacation. We are more than happy for staying at this sunny & bright apartment in a quiet neighborhood for almost a month & 3 weeks. I can honestly call it a home away from home. This apartment is perfect as it is close to restaurants, drug stores, shopping areas and the beautiful coastline of Pacific Grove, Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. Everything that we need is provided for. We love every moment of our stay here. Surely we will be back again. |

I loved how the apartment was just a short walk away from
everything. Walk 5 minutes down hill, and you're at the
Aquarium, and all of Cannery Row. I went walking along the
path towards Lovers Point often in the evening, which was
always beautiful. It's also close to the main roads through
Monterey and Pacific Grove, which meant I wasn't stuck in
evening traffic long at all.
The apartment is comfortable (especially the couch) and in a
nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of space, and gets plenty of
sunlight. By and large, it was equipped with everything I
needed, and management was very helpful. |
