Located inside the gates of Pebble Beach. Minutes to the Pebble Beach Golf Course, the ocean beach, Monterey or Carmel.

This 2350 sq. ft. single level home is built to accommodate stair challenged individuals and/or wheel chair access. With Golf Tournaments, ocean access, Monterey Bay, Carmel and Laguna Seca Raceway there is great demand for weekly and corporate rentals. Other features include remodeled Kitchen and Baths, new sunroom large level parcel with circular driveway.

Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters.

There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortaby.

It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.

Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.

This is a very well appointed vacation rental just inside the Highway One gate at Pebble Beach. It is not very near the sea or the Golf courses but it is only a ten-minute drive away and there are lovely forests walks nearby. The house is big and welcomes dogs. It has a beautiful garden and is in a friendly neighborhood where dogs and children are welcome. We stayed for three months and wanted for nothing in terms of sheets, towels, kitchenware etc. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a TV room, sitting/dining area and a breakfast room with a good-sized kitchen meant that we had plenty of room. None of the furniture is too new or "posh" so you don't feel as if you are walking on eggshells. The art is interesting. The washer-dryer combo is very good,the double electric oven, gas hob and fridge-freezer spoilt us for anything less.
There were only two flies in this lovely ointment. One is the proximity to the Monterey hospital and therefore sirens but the noise was not so bad that it ruined our stay and, for some, having a hospital nearby could be an advantage. Two, the big difficulty with the house is how easily the loos get blocked. You have to be very careful and flush more than you normally would (which in a drought area is hardly environmentally-friendly) - and explain this to guests so that they do not become embarrassed.
