Beautifully updated home perfect for an extended stay. |

| I highly recommend this home for an extended stay in Pebble Beach. It has been completely, tastefully updated during early 2009,and it boasts a new kitchen and a new master bath. The other bathrooms have also been updated, and there is new carpet, paint and new, very comfortable furniture throuhgout the house. It is perfect for a couple or for a family as it has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bath. The only drawbacks are the number of stairs required to enter the house and the steepness of the driveway. |

Need lots of help! |

| As soon as I have been assured that a new HDTV and new furniture has replaced the present furniture and TV in the family room,the wallpaper has been replaced or the walls painted in the master bath, stains on the carpet in the upstairs anteroom have been removed and new dishes and glassware (including wine glasses)have replaced present items for starters, I would be happy to recommend this house. But since we have been asking for these things for years, I cannot recommend this house without this assurance. |

| The guest is not far wrong! We have tried to get the property owner to do the things the guest has requested with no success. We did, however, purchase some items that the house needed (up to our authorized limit) just prior to this guest's arrival, as well as provide her with additional items she requested once she was in residence (again, up to our authorized limit). This is a spacious property in a great location, and we have kept the price artificially low as compared to similar properties because the furnishings are dated. We are hopeful that the property owner will upgrade the furnishings so the guests will like it better and the price can reflect its true value! |
