Vacation Rental Description
Beautifully furnished and offers lots of amenities including a fireplace, awesome ocean views and a large private deck perfect for sun bathing or watching the sunset while listening to the waves rolling in.
There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably ( click here for a complete list! ../furnishings.html ).
It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.
Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.

| We have rented from Monterey Bay Properties four summers and found them to be very reliable and accomodating. This condo, 443S, has a really nice view of the ocean and lights across the bay at night. Beautiful. The property is located conventiently to restaurants, downtown and the aquarium. Somethings were not in working order at the time of our arrival but were fixed. Great experience! |
