This two-story 1200 Square-foot, contemporary, 2 bedroom, 2-bath condominium is located in the beachfront complex known as Ocean Harbor House. Centrally located, it offers easy access to all the local attractions and also provides easy access to Carmel, Pebble Beach and Pacific Grove. 

The beach is just a three-minute walk from your front door. The nearby recreation trail is perfect for the bicyclist or the walker in your family! 

You can follow this path all the way out to Pacific Grove, or if you choose to go north, it winds along the coast and then inland for about 20 miles. 

If you have a golfer in your family, Del Monte Golf course is approximately two miles from your front door!

For entertainment, cable television, VCR and stereo are located in living room. A wood-burning fireplace helps to add warmth to unit, as well as electric baseboard heating. 

The all-electric kitchen features a cooktop/range, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is also stocked with your basic kitchen needs.

The master bedroom is located upstairs and features a queen size bed as well as a queen size sofa sleeper. The upstairs bath is accessible from either the bedroom or the hallway. 

The guest bedroom is located downstairs and also features a queen size bed. The guest bath is located on the first level and is accessible from either the hallway or guest bedroom.

This home features a balcony off the living room, and upstairs you will find a full deck equipped with patio furniture for your enjoyment.

Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
