We have been vacationing in the Pacific Grove area for over twenty years and stayed in several hotels. But our friends and family all agree we hit the jackpot when we found Monterey Bay Properties. There rentals are exceptional, clean and located right where you want to stay. Each day was started with a walk along the beach and breakfast at Awakenings. Add some friends a round of golf, sprinkle in some otter watching and you have a very relaxing vacation. Thanks again for providing a great place to stay.

The purpose for renting this house was to celebrate my sister's 83rd birthday. This house is pretty much turnkey with two living areas with fire places. The new tile throughout is awsome. The kitchen is to die for. Loved the three bathroom's, everyone had their own including the jet tub jaccuzi in the master bedroom. We walked to the beach everyday and had fun collecting sea shells. We loved the big kitchen and entertaining area. We hosted a family reunion dinner and had plenty of room ! The location was wonderful. The house is quiet and well-equipped for cooking. There is a big living room and a smaller den off the kitchen. I wish it had been summer and we would have used the beautiful patios outside the house. This was truly a wonderful vacation home. The master bedroom had a nice jacuzzi tub and private entrance. There is a great french bakery, Bechler's, not far away! More...

We've spent several Thanksgivings in this home and it is always warm and comfortable. I highly recommend the experience. My only complaint is that the oven is only 27" and you can't put a large turkey or several things in it at once. The house needs a few minor fixes due to wear, but it's still worth every moment. We have 6 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 little children when we stay and there's everyone has their own space and plenty of room!

we really liked the house. The location was perfect for us and the deer from the park were a real treat.

On the down side,the house could use some sprucing up for the price. It is starting to look a bit tired inside, but overall a good value.
