Once the realization that they are not looking at a postcard sets in, guests at Lovers Point Place find the interiors of these residences to be comfortably and tastefully appointed with thoughtful attention to detail. The open floor plans of approximately 1000 square feet will accommodate you and up to three of your family and friends in one of two plans a townhouse style or a flat.

The townhouse style dwellings feature exterior stairs to the second level of the three-level building, entry into the living area, a half-bath on the living area, and two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs on the ground level.

The townhouses have a deck off of the living area that overlooks Lovers Point Park and the Monterey Bay. The flats are accessed via exterior stairs to the third (top) level of the building and living areas, two bedrooms, and a full bath, all on one level. The flats have decks off of both the living area and master bedroom which, like the townhouses, overlook Lovers Point and the Monterey Bay.

Cable television service with DVD player is provided, as is high speed internet access. Bedrooms are furnished with king, queen or trundle beds (ask the reservation agent for the accommodations that meet your needs) flanked by reading lamps (for when you have torn yourself away from the view and just cant put that book down!), a clock radio and local telephone service, as well as cable television on flat screen TVs. The bath is equipped with a granite vanity with dual sinks and a shower over tub.

A GE Space Maker front-loading washer and gas dryer is available in each accommodation for your convenience. Carport parking behind a security gate is conveniently located to the entrances to both the townhouses and the flats. The climate in Pacific Grove never gets warm enough to warrant air conditioning, and the ocean-facing sliding glass doors invite in the refreshing ocean breezes. Forced air natural gas furnaces provide heat during the few days per year that you may want it.

Lovers Point Place features open floor plans, with the living areas and dining areas flowing easily into the well-equipped kitchens. Maple cabinetry and granite countertops in tones of brown, rust and gold create a warm atmosphere. Lovers Point Place is a great place to do absolutely nothing as you watch the world go by. The relaxation afforded by these comfy accommodations reduces even the most stressed of guests!

And once you are completely relaxed, Lovers Point Place is a perfect spot from which to do just about everything. Play golf at the ocean-side Pacific Grove Golf Course, affectionately known locally as a budget-minded alternative to Pebble Beach. Or choose a walk on the coastal recreation trail, just outside your front door.

Lovers Point Park, a four and one-half acre park, is the site of sunning, picnicking, swimming, snorkeling, diving, fishing, and surfing. You and your family will enjoy the beach volleyball court, a swimming pool for the kids, and a snack bar. One or more lucky couples can be seen tying the knot on most weekends at this most scenic of venues. Annual events, such as the Feast of Lanterns and The Triathlon at Pacific Grove, are held at Lovers Point Park.
