Surrounded by the beauty of the Pebble Beach forest with wonderful views of the ocean this 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1500 square feet, Ocean Pines condominium is perfect for peace and relaxation. You will appreciate the natural sunlight through the sunroom and the many windows throughout the unit facing the ocean view.
Enjoy a cozy fire while watching your favorite TV show in the living room or gaze through the telescope and enjoy the natural beauty of the ocean and forest. You may also choose to take a stroll through the forest trails located just outside the sliding glass door off the sunroom.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed, while the guest bedroom can be used as an additional den or bedroom with the Queen sofa-sleeper.
Other features include a washer and dryer conveniently located inside the unit as well as a carport for parking.
Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably ( click here for a complete list! ) . It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.
Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
