It is a five-minute drive to the ocean from the peaceful Monterey Skyline Forest. It has ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. The downtown shops and restaurants of downtown Monterey are only a five-minute drive away. If you are bringing your clubs, the nearest public golf courses are the world-famous Pebble Beach courses (Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hills, and Spanish Bay), about 3 miles from the house. The property is equipped for your entertainment with Cable 46” LCD mounted TV/DVD/VCR/Stereo/Cassette/CD in the living room, and TV/VCR in the master and high speed internet connection at the desk in the guest room.
In addition to the warmth generated by the livingroom fireplace, the house is heated by central forced air.
The maximum number of guests (including children) who may be accommodated at this property is 3. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the guest room has a sofa sleeper. A washer and electric dryer are on the premises for your convenience.
You will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this property as well as the indoor spaces! Nestled in the forest of beautiful evergreens, this property is adjacent to deer habitat. A short walk down the hill will lead you to Veterans Memorial Park where you can hike or enjoy a picnic.
This property has carpet in the living room and bedrooms and linoleum in the bathrooms and in the kitchen.
Both bedrooms are upstairs and the master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath featuring a large closet and beautiful armoires with TV. The guest room has a queen sleeper sofa and bath. There is one guest bath down stairs.
The dining table seats 4 and has a fully equipped wet bar. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably. Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
