Bay view Cottage, overlooks the Pacific Grove Municipal Golf Course and Monterey Bay. It is only a short walk to Lovers Point and Lighthouse Avenue. Enjoy Bayside Recreation Trail or the fine restaurants in town, each within 4 blocks of this newly furnished 2 bedroom 2 ½ bath home.
Watch the bay change colors with your morning coffee in the eat-in kitchen (seats 4-6). The fully-equipped kitchen includes a gas range, electric oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher and garbage disposal.
In the living room, be warmed by the sunlight streaming onto the hardwood floors from the French doors. You can relax on the living rooms prairie-style furniture as you watch the bay from the large picture window. Enjoy the gas fireplace or the large flat screen TV.
The carpeted master bedroom is done in Mission style, with large mirrored closet and 24” color TV. Its French doors open onto the large, sunny patio. The master bathroom includes a jetted tub and a dressing table.
The guest bedroom has hard wood floors, white cottage furniture, a large mirrored closet and 20” color TV. The guest bathroom includes a large stall shower with glass blocks and a sky light to enhance natural lighting.
Amenities include two California King Beds, internet access, and DVD and VCR players for each TV, and a stereo in the living room. The washer and dryer in the converted garage. The paved driveway holds 2 cars. The gravel driveway can hold a RV, boat or 1-2 more cars. All bed and bath linens are provided as well as a starting supply of paper products. This property can sleep four people and is on one level. It has a large, fenced backyard with fruit trees, tiled patio and BBQ. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably ( click here for a complete list! ).
It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.
This property is 5-10 minutes from the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Fisherman’s Wharf, and 10-15 minutes from the shops and galleries of Carmel and Pebble Beach
Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.

We stayed in this house from September through November and we loved it. It is an easy walk to Lover's Point, Caladonia park, and the beach walking trail, so the kids got plenty of exercise. It is also walking distance to downtown Pacific Grove, where you can find plenty of good food.
The house itself is well equipped with dishes and linens, and has a great view of the ocean and the golf course. The net, which protects your cars from stray balls could use some mending and the room outside could stand an update.
Overall we loved our time here and Rhiannon at MBPR proved to be a first class rental agent. Thanks! |
