Just a few minutes from Asilomar Beach, the Bayside Recreation Trail, and downtown Pacific Grove, this spacious contemporary home located on a quiet cul-de-sac is the perfect place for your family to experience life in “America’s Last Hometown.”

The three bedroom, two and a half bath home sleeps six comfortably, with additional sleeping space for overnight guests on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A tasteful mix of country, antique and contemporary furnishings, complemented by a wonderful collection of art prints, creates an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation, just what you’ll need after a busy day on the golf course or at the beach!

Meal preparation will be a pleasure in the newly remodeled kitchen ...featuring maple cabinetry, Corian countertops, and a butcher block island. It comes fully equipped with a self-cleaning oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. And you’ll find everything you need: cookware, dinnerware, glassware, utensils and linens. Enjoy your meals in the adjoining dining room, a bright area with multiple windows, French doors, and seating for six. After dinner, relax in front of the gas fire or watch a movie with the family on the CATV/VCR. When the TV is not in use, the country armoire keeps it conveniently out of sight.

Even catching up on paperwork will be pleasure seated at the charming writing desk! DSL connection is provided for your convenience as well. New carpeting, parquet wood flooring, a half bath and access to the large double garage complete the comfortable downstairs.

The spacious upstairs offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, ample storage space, and a convenient laundry area. The master bedroom features a Victorian-style white iron queen bed, walk-in closet, and a large adjoining bathroom. Enjoy a relaxing bath in the deep soaking tub with jets! One of the guest rooms has a queen bed with a lovely antique oak headboard and the other has two twin beds. The upstairs rooms are tastefully decorated with art prints and coordinated linens. All of our vacation homes are fully furnished. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets, and bedspreads or comforters.

You will find at least one bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth per person plus some extras. There will also be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably ( click here for a complete list! ../furnishings.html ).

It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation homes!

This property is located just a short drive from all the major attractions of Monterey, including the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, and Fisherman’s Wharf; the galleries and restaurants of Carmel; and the world-famous golf courses of Pebble Beach. Closer to home, enjoy strolling through Pacific Grove with its quaint cottages and grand Victorian homes, friendly neighborhood shops and wide range of restaurants. Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
