One bedroom with queen bed, and queen size sofa bed to accommodate two or more adults. Two full baths tiled in marble and including tub with jets.
This property participates in our golf package program.
Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.

It was enjoyable after I cleaned the hall bathroom and changed the bed linens. I didn't have to take care of this problem I knew I could have taken it to management and it would have been done, I choose to take care of it myself.
Since you have a computer in the condo then you should have a printer hook up to it, we would have bought our own paper, but we had to find another way to take care of our business.
Also it would be nice when other people that live there would make sure to remove their laundry when their finish. Also you need a table lamp next to sofa.
The Monterey Bay Properties Management, the people were wonderful, I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. They were always willing to help. |

| The property at 901 Hawthorne is a very nice rental, pretty much as advertised, close to the aquarium and not far from fisherman's wharf. We really appreciated the included Internet access; however, a dishwasher in the kitchen and a clothes washer and dryer in the unit per se would have been appreciated, rather than the coin op washer and dryer on the outside of the apartment. There were many opened, empty boxes stored in the cupboards, which limited room for foodstuffs, etc. The agent had not informed us of the multi user coin op. It seemed petty to make this additional charge and inconvenience. |

Thanks so much for your feedback. As a result of your comments that a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the unit would be nice to have, we checked with the local water management district to see if that was a possibility. We were informed that the developer had used all of his water credits at the time the building was constructed, and that no further water credits are available for this property. However, we have requested that the property owner consider getting on a waiting list for additional water for the property.
Please let our agents know the next time you book that you would like a property with those appliances. We will help you make a selection that will completely meet your needs! |

The location of this place was very handy to Cannery Row and
within easy walking distance of downtown Monterey.
My husband and I rented this property for 30 days. When we
arrived, the apartment was not clean. I spent the first half
day cleaning floors and bathrooms. The vacuum cleaner was
not adequate to clean the carpeting, which was dirty. The TV
was not working, although a replacement was supplied by
the rental management company upon notification. The
non-stick pots and pans were very scratched and damaged
and not safe to use. However, the owners did bring a few
new ones for us to use, and also brought a new large screen
TV to replace the broken one.
If you're thinking of renting this property, bring some of your
own kitchen items (dishes, pots and pans, silverware, etc). |

This condo is centrally located, has a view of the ocean and is within walking distance of the beach, Aquarium, and many shops and restaurants.
The property management company is very professional, courteous, and receptive to any issues that arise.
It is new and well stocked. It has two bathrooms, making it convenient for business travelers who are accompanied by a spouse and child.
If you have anyone visit you while you are staying here, there is a sofa bed, a couple of extra air beds and lots of extra linens. We have stayed at this property twice, and even though have been some minor issues, the management company has always taken care of them immediately.
We like this property because of its location, cleanliness, quiet neighbor and our ability to walk to many shops and restaurants near by...
Our issues were predominantly in relation to the work of the cleaning staff...which the company addressed immediately.
