Vacation Rental Description
This little cabin enjoys privacy as well as close proximity to both the Heavenly Ski area and the downtown nightlife. The owner has created a wonderful summer time garden area, ideal for leisurely afternoons and BBQs. Traditional knotty pine walls, wood burning fireplace and open beam ceilings in the upstairs bedroom declare this home to be a true Tahoe Cabin. There is a spiral staircase of half-timbered logs leading to the upstairs bedrooms (Queen + single twin bed) and a half bath. Queen bed with full bath is on the main level. September 2009 the owner has expanded the upstairs bathroom for now include a second shower.

We had an amazing time at the cabin! We hung out in the hottub, played bocci and horse-shoes and fed a chipmunk we named Jimmy who would eat the peanuts right out of our pockets. The place was clean and had a very youthful aspect to it. The owner had a slew of dvd's for us to enjoy, and his own memorabilia decorated the entire place.
Overall, I'd recommend the "Ski Lodge Cabin," to anyone and everyone with a party of 6 or less. We had an amazing trip to say the least. |

| Just a couple of areas for improvement. The property was a little dusty specially upstairs. Also, it would have been nice to get some pointers on how to get to the property under icy/snowy conditions. We could not get near the property with the directions provided to us due to the conditions of the road. We were thankful somebody stopped and gave us alternate directions. |

| We stayed here for our anniversay. Not a romantic cabin, but would be cool for a couple guys to stay at when they go skiing. It had a nice hottub and a nice view, but it didn't have the decor we were looking for for an anniversary. |

| A fanastic place to stay with all the touches you would expect in a Tahoe cabin. Great hot tub, comfy beds, movie props and skis around the yard, lots of squirrels and even a coyote running through the backyard......... wished we'd seen a bear. Will definately return in Winter. |

| Ski Run Cabin is a small little gem in Lake Tahoe! The property is conveniently located a stone's throw from Heavenly Ski Area and probably boasts the most unique backyard experience of any cabin we've ever stayed in. From the ski-lined picket fence to the amazing outdoor hot tub, you're sure to leave this property with thoughts of returning! This quaint little cabin has the traditional cabin feel but all of the conveniences of modern day living. The owner was very hospitable and is impeccable in his maintenance of the cabin. He even went out of his way to introduce himself and make sure all of our needs were met, including even chopping wood for the fireplace. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who loves skiing, the outdoors, gambling, and enjoying life! Thank you once again, Accommodation Station, and "Z-man" for an amazing holiday vacation! If we had our choice, we never would have left! Hope to see you next year! Larry and Stacy |

| aside from the treacherous spiral staircase which needs some work, the cabin was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay!! p.s. the hot water didn't run out at all!! |

| We come to the snow in Tahoe each winter and like to enjoy our family. This house ahs many wonderful ammenities ie location, it backs up to grand open space. Ths charm of this house will call me back often. |
