It features granite counter tops, upgraded appliances, tiled bathrooms, wet bar, and entertainment center which contains 50 inch flat screen plasma TV, DVD, and stereo. This unit is furnished with a king size bed, queen, double and 2 twins.Additional amenities include a second TV in Twin bedroom (20 inch) washer, dryer, BBQ, and a BOAT DOCK. This property is located less than 50 yards from the outdoor pool, tennis courts and volleyball courts. The indoor pool and spa are minutes away and it is only 12 minutes from skiing at Heavenly or the casino's nightlife. Internet incuded.

Great By The Lake |

It is hard to imagine a better location than this townhouse right on the lake. You wake up to views of the water and the mountains. By the time you have had your breakfast, the boats are streaming out of the harbor right across the lake in front of you. Before noon, the beachfront is filled with parents and children playing in the shallows.
The townhouse is clean, fairly well-mainteained, reasonably equipped, far from luxurious but certainly comfortable. It is what it is, and it is not the house but the location that makes this a great stay. |

| our only complaint was the big dog that was nextdoor to the condo. They're seamed to be alot of dogs up there this year. We have a big dog and would never bring to a vacation spot and he's a sweet heart! |

| We love this condo! We have stayed a week there for the last four summers. Wonderful area. The only improvement I can see would be to have more towels. |

| We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The only problem we had is we were told we had a boat dock but the owner left a boat there. It all worked out in the long run. |

| This property was amazing! It is just steps away from Lake Tahoe and offers mountain views for 180 degrees. The master suite has full glass for the waterfront side and a small deck. The kitchen and baths have been updated. The resort offers an outdoor pool and hot tub for an additional fee. The property is very quiet and offers total peace and serenity for those looking for a relaxing vacation. |
