Vacation Rental Description
With the largest Tyrol Chalet floor plan, this spacious, three-level chalet has a filtered Lakeview from the living room and deck. The 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home comfortably sleeps 10 people and no one needs to sleep on the sofa in the living room. The three bedrooms each have king beds, and the loft and den each have two twins. It is an excellent floor plan for two families or groups of friends with a large and well-equipped kitchen. Parking accommodates three cars in the driveway and one in a single car garage (Second side of garage not available for guest use). The home has three CTV color televisions, two VCRs, a CD/tape player stereo, and washer and dryer. The pool table in the den is a favorite. | problem areas: the dryer might need replaced...sounds like it is about to break; took a while for the food to get cold on the first day, otherwise fine. |

| I would like to suggest that this property be retrofitted with at least a 75 gallon hot water heater or larger. The hot water is used up quickly at this location but overall, the property is wonderful and I would highly recommend it when you are near Heavenly Valley/Stateline |

This house is well located and very comfortable with lots of room for all eight of us. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the dining and living rooms.
The only problems with the house were the following: the dishwasher and washer/dryer were very old, made way too much noise and since they are in a common area/great room could not be used that often-they kept the kids awake in the loft.
The closet doors in the upstairs bedroom were broken, the hot water heater never seemed to really supply enough hot water and the garage space is way too small.
Other than that, we really enjoyed the house, would rent something like it again although I think I would find out about the garage and age of appliances first. Would really recommend that these owners upgrade their washer/dryer and dishwasher and that perhaps they replace the carpeting throughout as well. |

| One complaint! The steel fence posts that mark the edge of the driveway cannot be seen at night or when covered with snow. I damaged a rental car as a result. Use something that is flexible and not steel. Very poor way to mark the driveway. |

A toast to the owners of this great property. Other than the sprinkler system line break which took a few hours to get repaired, the rest of our time was trouble and worry free. We will return.

| This place was very impressive! We had the best time. Renting a place like this is the way to go! Nice view of the lake and a very cozy place to stay. It was close to everything! SHOPPING, FOOD AND CASINOS, ALL WITHIN MINUTES AWAY. This was perfect place and it allowed us to have a great time! When we come back to South Lake, we WILL plan on staying here! |

| It was a great house - a lot of room. Grandchildren loved sledding in the backyard - didn't have to fight the crowd. Close to everything we wanted. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Loved it. |

| If you like knotty pine, this is the place for you. Very nice game room downstairs, and a spaceous kitchen upstairs. Too bad there's no deck in the back. |
