Great Stay Aside From The Noise |

| My wife and I were very satisfied with our accomodations in 143 East. Everything was very clean and the property was very safe and secure. The only complaint we had was the excessive noise early in the morning from grounds maintenance, neighbors, and parking lot construction. Aside from the noise factor, we were very happy with our stay. |

We enjoyed our stay completely, with few exceptions. The only two blemishes were the folks with the barking dogs upstairs from us, and the bed was far to stiff. I really appreciated that when I had locked my keys into my rental car the day we were to leave, the property manager arranged for me to leave the keys to the unit in the condo rather than return them to the office.
We plan on returning in the future and will recommend the properties to our friends. |

The kitchen was lacking a couple of basic things for cooking like, measuring cups and spoons, no baking pans. I left a measuring cup and a baking pan when I left, whether or not it remains in the unit is another question. Generally we had most everything we needed.
Management was very helpful when the oven failed to work--someone came the next morning and put in a new control panel. |

| Hawaiian decor was nice, kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils, plates, etc. It wasn't as clean as we would have liked - there were 3 large dead roaches in the bedroom and spiders in the master bath. Tub wasn't very clean - had to wear footwear while showering. Location was very convenient, unit was close to the resort. Golf course view was nice. |
