Vacation Rental Description
Located approximately a mile above Kona, This large light, bright, and airy home has many attractive features including large comfortable rooms for easy flow, a 18' x50' swimming pool and Hot Tub, a large lanai with BBQ, and a 4th huge bedroom with A/C and 2 double beds that can also be used as an entertainment room with wet bar, table and chairs, and large TV. The other 3 bedrooms all have A/C and King beds. Upstairs there is a carpeted Cupola equipped as an office with desk, internet access, and 360 degree views. Guests also may have access to neighborhood HOA private tennis courts. This house is beautifully appointed and will comfortably accomodate a larger group or extended family.

| This beautiful home hosted my family (10) the first week and 7 girlfriends the second week. It's perfectly located above Kailua Kona town. The home is spacious, well maintained and beautifully decorated and the patio swings were great. Suggestions...have the palm trees thinned and the taller ones taken down so you can see the spectacular ocean view, upgrade the refrigerator, patio furniture needs cushions! |

| This is a really nice house away from the bustle of downtown, but still not too far. There is a very nice shopping center close by, and the house is so big and roomy a few families could stay there and not feel crammed. The pool is huge and the neighborhood is nice and quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed it. |
