| We were quite pleased with the furnishings of the condo. They even had a DVD player,an extra sofa bed, and a desk. However, we did deal with small bugs and poor construction of the condo. Bugs are a regular issue in SC this time of the year, but I felt it was a little over the top. I don't know if I would go back. I feel bad for the homeowner. It is a very poorly constructed condo(the toilets wobbled, toilets clogged easily, the seat wouldn't stay up for the guys, and the bathroom door wasn't hung right). I was most upset with the rental agency because they didn't see to the maintainence of the condo as well as they have in the past. Some people would think this condo is paradise. Other people would see what I saw. It was okay, but I didn't leave wanting to return. |

| Thank you for reviewing your stay at Savannah Shores. We are so glad to read that you liked the condo furnishings. Unfortunately, South Carolina does have its share of bugs. For that very reason, condos are exterminated on a monthly basis by order of the condo owner's association. We recommend for the future that if you think there are an abundance of "critters", just notify our office and we wil have the association contact the exterminator for a re-spray. This service usually can be performed the same day of the request. <br />

We apologize for the maintenance issues you described and that they were not responded to in a timely manner. We hope you will consider a return visit to Myrtle Beach and stay with Ocean Resorts again.<br />
