Tee time reservations can be made 30 days in advance; kindly note that golf fees are additional. The central location of this home puts you within minutes of the Fletcher swimming pools, tennis courts. Tastefully furnished, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home offers an open living/dining area leading to a private patio for relaxing and barbequing on your gas grill. The second floor has two bedrooms: one with 2 twin beds and a master with a queen sized bed. There is a full bath on this level and a half bath on the first floor. With the owners plans to add Central air conditioning this winter, it is a perfect choice for your Cape Cod vacation.

This townhouse is nearby 5 others that we rent and would be ideal for a large gathering of family and friends.

Sheets and pillow cases are included. Please bring your own towels.

Reservations include pool passes and access to golf.
