Chatty Patty's is a quaint and cozy basic Big Bear Mountain Cabin. Great location that is walking distance to the National Forest and between both Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Ski Resorts. The drive to either ski area is less than five minutes. This two story 1 bedroom with loft has a basic kitchen, microwave, dining table for 4 people, comfortable living room with wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD/VCR and front porch with table and charcoal BBQ. The bedroom area downstairs has a full sized bed and full bathroom. [There is no door on this bedroom] The loft area is spacious and overlooking the living room area and has a king size bed. The back yard is fully fenced with chain link and Patty welcomes good pets. Easy level parking for 3 cars. 850 sq. ft.
