The large, open floor plan brings the kitchen, dining, and living areas together allowing ample room to stretch-out and relax while spending time with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen has all the comforts of home and brings the entire group together for fun filled meals.
The private, in-ground pool and hot tub are great for rest and relaxation or to play with the kids.
Multiple levels of decks face the sound and invite you to relax and take in the tranquil Outer Banks environment. Soak up the afternoon sun, relax at the end of the day with a front row seat to a remarkable Outer Banks sunset , and close out the night visiting with friends and family blanketed by a night sky bursting with bright stars .

Mid Level: Two queen bedrooms with semi-private bath; two bedrooms each with a pyramid bed (one with trundle) share a full bath; separate living area with TV and games for the family.
Top Level: Two king master bedrooms; living area; dinning area with seating for 10; kitchen with bar seating for four; screened porch with table for six; open deck with sound views.
Duck Community Information: Lifeguard Stations are located at Sprigtail Drive, Barrier Island Station, Schooner Ridge Drive, Four Seasons Subdivision, and Plover Drive. - Dogs are allowed on Duck's beaches year-round. - There is no public beach or sound access within the Town limits. Access to the sound and Duck's town beaches is limited to residents, renters, and their guests .

| The house was just as it was depicted in the photos. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. Only three suggestions for improvement: queen sized mattresses need to be replaced, upgraded TV on top floor and cleaning service could have done a better job. We had to clean the ceiling fan in the family room before we could use it -- a lot of accumulated dust. I would definitely consider renting this home again. We had a great time and the amenities of this home contributed to our enjoyment and comfort. |

| This was a great home for our families. We confortabled stayed here with 7 adults and 5 children--and had lots of room to spare. Well kept house with many extras and a short walk to the beach. |

Great overall. The kitchen is fantastic. The pool as well. Close enough to the beach, although I typically prefer an ocean view. House was clean. The outside shower did not work well.
Overall, we loved it. Would I rent it again? Yes if I did not find something closer to the center of Duck and with an ocean view. It's just nice to be able to walk to the Duck restaurants without having to drive. But apart from that, which cannot be helped, the house itself was great. |
