Situated on a quiet, secluded natural setting in Gull's Flight, Duck. Ocean Haven is a spectacular vacation home with all the amenities you would expect and is exceptionally well decorated.Mid Level: The first floor has 3 Bedrooms w/ Queens, 1 bedroom w/ 2 Bunks, 2 full baths and laundry facilities, 2 of the bedrooms share an adjoining bathroom.Top Floor: Offers a large comfortable great room surrounded with windows and a convenient half bath. The ships tower provides a sitting area, a perfect place for reading and relaxing.Additional Features Include: Private Pool and Hot Tub, High Speed Internet Access, Charcoal Grill, Outside Shower, Multiple TV'S/VCR's, DVD, CD, Playstation 1 (bring your favorite games), DW, MW, WD, and Highchair. Less than 2 miles to the central Village of Duck. An easy walk to the beach, on a dead-end street, just 700 feet to the beach. Duck Community Information- Lifeguard Stations are located at Sprigtail Drive, Barrier Island Station, Schooner Ridge Drive, Four Seasons Subdivision, and Plover Drive- Dogs are allowed on Duck's beaches year-round. - There is no public beach or sound access within the Town limits. Access to the sound and Duck's town beaches is limited to residents, renters, and their guests.

| The descriptions of the house were not exagerated...it was in a great location with wonderful amenities. The house was very comfortable, and the pool and the hot tub were a treat! I would definitely come back. |

| We spent a week in August in the Ocean Haven of Duck. The house was conveniently located to the beach and local amenities. The house is situated in such a way that there is a great deal of privacy for the pool and hot tub area despite the surrounding homes. I especially enjoyed the hammock located on the second floor deck for afternoon naps. The walk to the beach took less than 2 to 3 minutes. The wash cloths could use a little fabric softener, the beach chairs and some of the pool furniture needs to be replaced (several pieces were broken) and the house is in need of a few cosmetic repirs. Despite these, we would stay here again. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The homes furnishings were in good repair. |

| Absolutely wonderful holiday. The house was great and the location wonderful. We would stay there again without question. Only suggestion, have the towel service use some fabric softner - those were some rough towels. I consider this minor and give the experience my highest recommendation. |
