This gorgeous oceanfront eight-bedroom home has every imaginable convenience. Perfect for a large family gathering or corporate meeting, this home even comes equipped with an ELEVATOR! Enjoy endless ocean views as well as sunset views overlooking Jockey's Ridge! This home boasts beautiful decor and magnificent murals throughout the home. The fabulous private pool even comes equipped with a tiki bar! The Tiki bar also includes a refrigerator, sink and table that seats 4. Soak in the spa on the second level deck while the Atlantic Ocean sings its harmony or enjoy lazy afternoons on the spacious decks. Shoot a round of pool in the recreation room or prepare a grilled family feast!
Amenities include: private pool, hot tub, jacuzzi tub with ocean view, elevator, multiple cable TV's, multiple VCRs, DVD, multiple microwaves, multiple refrigerators, washer and dryer, Stereo with CD, baby equipment including a pack-n-play, multiple gas fireplaces [one in the master bedroom], charcoal grill, outside shower. Located at milepost 12 in Nags Head. Ground level - pyramid bunk w/ trundle, two twins, full bath and 1/2 bath @ the pool. Middle level - king master, 2 queen masters, queen and 2 twins share a full bath. top level - king master, 1/2 bath, living area, kitchen and dining . Built in 2003.

| while this could be a fantastic home we found there were some problems. there is mold on the walls and ceiling in a bedroom, the oven didn't work right.we also had rain pouring down an inside wall during a storm. when we arrived we were told the house wasn't ready yet cuz' the staff had problems getting the right size sheets, which never was corrected nor did we have the right amount of towels either. the house needs some major repairs and a good cleaning but it could be great with the things fixed. would i go back? no way |

Our records indicate that we delivered extra sheets and towels to the home immediately after your arrival and also supplied additional towels as a courtesy for your inconvenience. We hope this helped to improve your stay. <br />

We did experience a Nor’easter during the week of your vacation, which is unfortunate, and that severe weather created the leak at the home. The leak that caused water to enter the home has been repaired.<br />

| The house once we finally got in was great. We did not get into our house till 8p.m. the day we were checking in. I realize things happen, but there should have been someone there to clean as soon as we figured out it was not ready. Then to only get $100 dollars back was ridiculous. We have been to the Outer Banks a couple times now and have always used Seaside Vacations. I am sure we will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. |

| Upon arrival the house wasn't cleaned as it should have been as well as damage to property from previous renters. When one cleaning staff came to address issues, didn't speak English and was unable to provide the necessary cleaning needed. We had to place several service calls for various issues during stay and kept getting voice mail and or was transferred to another extension and then disconnected. It took several days to get issues resolved that should have been taken care of sooner such as pool and spa not being able to be used because not initially cleaned properly. Lost a whole day of use for both. For the amount of rent we paid service was very poor. Would not recommend this property to others. |

This is a beautiful home with super amenities. We would rent it again when our party of 12 can all return.
The house was very clean and the linens were on the beds!!!
We had 2 minor issues but they were taken care of within 2 hrs.
We all enjoyed our stay and we will return!

This house is great for a large family vacation. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the beach and the pool.
The only issue we had was the cleaning service. The shower curtain protectors were very mildewed and we had to call for new ones. I would also advise you bring extra towels as you go through them quickly when the children and adults take sometimes 2 showers a day.
The wireless connection was great for those who had a computer.
The house is close to the beach and we had a great time. |
