Top Level: King Master bedroom with private bath, 1/2 bath, spacious living room, dining area, kitchen. This level has beautiful ocean views. Captain's watch with ocean views.

Life is a Good........Just like the Beach! |

| We had an awesome vacation at the Avalon #736. The location was perfect. The house was very nice. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was well stock with kitchen supplies and games for the family. The pool and hot tub was a big success with the teenagers! |

This house was clean and beautifully decorated. This was the BEST beach house we have stayed at. The owners definitely put a lot of thought into providing all the comforts of home and more.
The pool was a nice size, bigger than all the neighbors. They had built-in outdoor speakers and a stereo system. So, you can listen to music pool side. The house has extended outside decks too.
There were plenty of bathrooms...6 all together!
There were so many great things about this house, I can not list them all here. AWESOME!
There were only two problems with the house.
1. The house was slightly farther away from the beach than we had hoped. We had little ones, with a lot of beach gear...so we ended up driving to the beach. There was adequate parking at the neighboring street's community beach access, and life guards are stationed right there, which is a perk.
2. The house was not very sound proof. Definitely bring some small fans or some kind of muffling devise. Trash pickup comes 3 times a week, neighbors, etc.
All and all...it will be tough to find a better house than this one. It was a GREAT vacation home! I highly recommend it!

OBX is the best for Vacation |

We always enjoy spending a week in Sept at the OBX. We love the area of Old Nags Head Cove and the many choices of homes that Seaside has to offer in that area. The size, location and price fit our budget. We have stayed several times in Seaside homes in that area, and have been pleased with how well the kitchens are stocked, the nicely decorated furnishings and up-to-date electronics, not to mention the pool and hot tubs. This last time we were down, the weather was not go great, but the house more than made up for it. We had a couple of maintenance issues and Seaside was very responsive. Their staff is great and always pleasant to work with. I do think their cleaning crews could do a little better at cleaning the houses with that being said - I am a clean freak - and look for every speck of dust or crumb!

| This house was absolutely gorgeous. We loved that 4 out of the 5 bedrooms had king size beds. This made it a perfect retreat for couples. We immediately took notice of the cleanliness and neatness of the home. It was a short drive to the beach (about 1 minute). We would definitely stay again! |
