Level 2 includes 3 Master Bedrooms, 2 with Queens and 1 King and each room has a TV. You will also find an additional Sitting area with Foosball Table, 2 Mounted TVs, wet bar and mini fridge -- perfect for the sports fan or just to sit and read a relaxing book.
Level 1 includes a Master Bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk Bed and TV, Recreation Room with Pool Table and Mounted TV, Wet Bar and an additional Full Size Fridge, 1/2 bath.

great house, great location, lots of amenities. Convenient to the beach (very short walk) though a nice garden path. Easy access for shopping, dining, Jockey's Ridge and all that both Nag's Head and Kill Devil Hills has to offer.
Pool was nice, as was tiki bar, hot tub. Didn't use the volleyball court - think that's really a waste - would have preferred a dog play area.
Elevator is great for a 3 story plan - esp for bringing your coolers and heavy stuff up to the main living floor.
Once downside is that this house does back up to Rt 158 and it can get rather noisy.
We will likely be back to this neighborhood - Old Nags Head - but might stay one or 2 rows closer to the beach or at least not back up to the highway.
Hit Austin's Fish market for great fried shrimp, scallop and oyster takeout. |

| Stayed here last year and had to stay again this year. This house is the best place to be in Nags Head. Just a walk to the beach, a car ride to the restaurants, and the bike trails are great! The pool was perfect for the kids and the adults. We took three families as each room had its own bath. If your looking for a great time at the OBX this home puts you right in the middle of everything. |

| Kokomo had everything our family needed. Three generations together for one week, one adult in a wheelchair (elevator gave him independance). Everyone had a wonderful time. Kokomo felt like a home not a rental house. Locals were very friendly and accomadating. Kudos to the Red Drum Restaurant and Kitty Hawk Kites Parasailing. Only complaint about the house was we had to buy a broom (thought it strange there was not one on the property). We loved the family area on the third floor and spent every evening there playing games and watching the videos of that days outings. We'll definitely be back! |

| This was our first visit to OBX and look forward to making this our vacation spot for the coming years. The house (Kokomo) we stayed in was aboslutely wonderful. Great furnishings and decor. All of our needs were met and expectations exceeded. We look forward to staying there next year. |

Not Handicapped Accesible |

When preparing to rent the home, I asked if it was handicapped accesible, as I am in a motorized wheelchair. I was told it was, as it had an elevator to every floor.
Well that is all it had! You had to jump up about a 2 inch incline lto enter the house to even get to the elevator.
Personally I couldn't even use the pool as it was too big a jump for the wheelchair.
Also none of the house is actually handicapped accesible, except for the elevator.
We had to use the smallest room as a bedroom as it had the only accesible shower, and we had to move the bed against the far wall just so I could get around.
Other than that the house was wonderfull and the rest of the family and Grandkids enjoyed the house and the amenities.
If you need handicapped access make sure the agent knows what that means!

| Kokomo was a beautiful, clean, wonderful place to stay! My husband, myself and our Goldendoodle spent our 10 Year anniversary here - the furnishings are beautiful and contemporary, the house was well organized and our favorite part was the pool! (Like most yanks, we go swimming in October below the Mason Dixon line). I especially liked the landscaping and trees - offered a feeling of privacy and a homey feel to the neighborhood. The kitchen was well equiped with all the right amenities (husband is a Chef and he made some wonderful dinners!)and even though it was just the three of us, being able to have everything centralized on the third floor was very convenient. Beach was a beautiful 2 block walk tops, - we highly recommend Kokomo and will be coming back again next year! |

| This is a very nice home with lots of amenities for everyone. The pool is great and the enclosed fence for the dog was just what was needed. I was put off by the pantry; it needs to be cleared but all in all this was a super place. |

| Very nice home, well furnished, quiet area. The only problem was it was not clean. There was dirt so thick you needed a wet rag to wipe down the window sills, etc., etc. The baseboards were very dirty and mildew about the master bathroom. I wrote a letter to the comapny. I was surprised that they didn't even offer to refund the additional money I paid to have an early check-in. I would rent this house again, but would not accept it until it was properly cleaned. |

We have stayed with Seaside vacations in the past. Your homes are always very nice. The only things we found missing in this house was trash cans. Many bathrooms did not have one. And we had to wash teaspoons daily since there was only 10 in the house. Most places we have stayed have several drawers of silverware. The elevator was a big plus. In the future we will look for houses with one.
We were eating lunch in the kitchen one day and a maintance man came in and scared us briefly. We had not called for maintance.
In the spring of 2009 we will use Seaside again as our Rental Agency. |

Relaxing Vacation Spot |

Enjoyed the stay. A little too close to 158 making for noisy "relaxing" by the pool. About 5 or 6 light bulbs were burnt out when we arrived. All pool cues were broken, so although it was nice to have a pool table, we really couldn't use it.
The home was clean and welcoming. Liked the instructions for use of the TV! Pool was great. I would recommend this home to a friend. |
