The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. the weather was pretty awful whilst we were there, but that in no way deterred from the enjoy ment of our stay.
There were a couple of things that could have been improved upon, but these were however very small details.
In the double bedroom there was no quilt in the quilt cover.
There was no cleaning equipment provided.
The outside door lock was very difficult to open and lock.
Overall this was an excellent rental property and the service was excellent from Seaside Vacations. |

| Waking up every morning to the sound and sight of the ocean, that is a vacation. This condo was all my wife and I needed. The price we paid allowed us to do more at the OBX besides sitting on the beach and enjoying the sun. I would definitely be back the next time around. |

| Great view and great location. Condo was generally in very good shape but second bedroom and second bathroom had a slight musty smell. The bedroom was not used but I'm not sure I could have stood the smell for a whole week if I had to stay in the bed room, although I am probably more sensitive to such smells than most people. |
