The vacation began even before checkin. I received a nice reminder that included a packing list. And two days before I received driving directions.

At check-in, we received a pound of coffee. I don't know if SeaSide does that for everyone but it was a nice touch.

Our stay at Elegant Escape was great. The condo was comfortable. It is right on the ocean with direct access to the beach. The view from the deck was awesome. The unit was well stocked with kitchen gear and beach gear. The keyless entry to the unit was great - not having to keep track of the keys was nice.

My one small suggestion would be to add a couple of lamps in the living room and bedrooms. I'm not a big fan of overhead lights. That's just me.

We loved the location, so close to the beach. The deck overlooking the beach was the favorite. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the extras ( beach chairs, movies, paper towels and garbage bags) We were close to shopping and resurants and the pool was clean. The whole week was just full of relaxation which we all needed at the time.The service was excellent. The staff was courteious,friendly, efficient and fun. It was like, I new them for years. They always had a smile on their faces. We had a small incident one during the rain. The people above us accidently left the window open and we had water coming down out of the dining room
light. Fortunately none of my personal belongings were damaged.I made a call and in the morning a maintenance man was very prompt to come inspect the property. The home was wonderful I would like to purchase something like that. The layout was great bedrooms on opposite ends which allows privacy. Kitchen was roomy,dining & living room were nice and open but not cramped. The deck overlooking the beach and water was my favorite. To hear the surf hit the beach was so soothing to me my only regret was not getting a chance to sleep on the deck 1 night. Oh well maybe next year.
The whole area was such a delight to me always something to do, which we didn,t do a whole lot. This is our first year here in which we just wanted to get a feel for the area. Next year I plan to do the skydiving and other things, provided I loose about 40 lbs. Well I hope this wasn't too long. I would like to here back from you.

P.S. The girl in the office at Seaside who is the big Penguins fan, If possible have her drop me a line. We got all kinda memorabilia up here in the Pittsburgh area.

We only stayed 3 days over Memorial day weekend, but it was excellent. The view is excellent and the unit itself is very nice.

This unit has 4 good beach chairs - something agents can never tell you.

Would go back for sure.
