The kitchen needed a few more cooking pots and baking dishes and silverware. The grill needed to be replaced. The carpet needed cleaning and towels were limited. No corkscrew,either
The house was very spacious and appealing in decor and location to beach was within steps. Very convenient to shopping,especially grocers.
Overall,we enjoyed the stay just needs a few items to be attended too before I could give a highly recommened review.

| The location of this unit was perfect for our family since we like to visit all areas of the Outer Banks from Ocracoke to Corolla. The beach area was exceptional and much nicer than in other areas we have stayed. We have been coming to OBX since 1989 and this unit has been one of the better and more comfortable ones. While we like the beach, we also like doing other things such as hang gliding, kayaking, crabbing, and visiting the lighthouses and going to Roanoke Island and the location of this unit made it easy to get to any of these locations without alot of travel. |

| This property was maintained very well. In fact, the entire Pelican Watch area was just beautiful. The location was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. It is located right in the middle between Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head in one direction, and Duck, Pine Island and Corolla in the other. It is also close to grocery stores, drug stores and Wal-Mart in case you forgot to pick anything up on your way. Pelican Watch is also right next to the pier if you're into fishing. |

| Our week at Tidewater was the final leg of our first family visit to the USA. After 2 weeks travelling it was just what we needed -- a great place to unwind right next to the beach. A truely excellent location. The facilities in the house were really good (although a little updating will be needed soon)and we were very comfortable there. Watching the pelicans and dolphins from the verandah first thing each morning will stay with us forever. 5 Stars!! |
