| We have stayed here several times and for the most part really enjoy the facilities. This past year, our condo was not as clean as we would have liked and we had a lot of trouble locating a working vacuum cleaner. Apart from that, the condo was stocked nicely with kitchen gear. The grounds were landscaped well. The pool is nicely kept. It is really close to the ocean. We will be returning for future vacations. |

| I have stayed at the Litchfield retreat before but not at this particular condo. The condo needed updates including more comfortable furniture, more equipped kitchen for cooking. Remote controls didn't work. Door to balcony did not work well and It was extremely hard to open. |
