| This was our third visit to the area. My father in law had done the accommodations until this time. I figured it time to repay him. I went online and when I found this unit the view was breathtaking. I am looking forward to returning again. |

We have stayed in this area for the past 8 years and in the same unit for the past 3 years. We love it. The unit has a gorgeous view of the gulf and within walking distance to a couple of great restaurants.
This was our first time spending a week, and even though tropical storm Faye was around for one of those days, it was a good day to go shopping!
The sunsets are amazing. We sat on the beach, drank a little wine and chilled. It's the best.

I stay in The Summer Breeze every year, and it really does feel
like our own summer home. The apartments are always nice and
clean and have everything we ever needed. This is the best
condominium set due to the proximity to the beach (across the
street), the location of the swimming pool and the view. It is
also a relatively small Building so it never feels crowded. I am
sure to return next year! |

| Awesome unit, step off your patio and right on to the pool deck.Perfect for enjoying your unit from the patio while watching the kids swim .Very Clean and updated, easy beach access. Would not hesitate to return to this unit, infact plan to do so next year! |

I have stayed at this condo in the past. The interior needs updating in a big way, everything is right out of the 80's. My room was on the bottom floor. Avoid this if possible. Every time the people upstairs took a step, you would hear it. They had small kids that moved around a bunch. This room overlooked the pool, nice pool BTW. I had a problem with some other guests. They were hispanic and were playing Tejano music super loud at the pool. There were also 5 couples staying in the small room that was built for 2 couples. They were loud and drinking late into the night. I called Neuman Dailey, but nothing happened.
Overall, not a bad condo for those that do not wish to spend a bundle. I would stay here again. |

| This was my 3rd visit in 6 months and I always enjoyed staying at Summer Breeze. The problem I had this last time was with the rate. Every time you call the office I got a different rate and it seems most of the time the rate don't even match up with what is advertised online. It seems they try and rent the units for the most money they can get out of you, even if the office has previously quoted you a less expensive rate. I would expect Newman Daily to treat their frequently returning customers much better. I am not sure I would rent from them again given the treatment of my last visit. |

| I loved the view. My balcony was great for meals after a long day on the beach. I watched the sun come up and go down from my balcony each day. I had some issues that had to be dealt with but were corrected by the staff. This is the perfect place for someone who wants a great affordable place to vacation. |

We loved our condo. It had recently been updated and everything was very clean and new! Our children loved the bunk beds and the close access to the pool after a day at the beach. We took full advantage of our kitchen and ate everymeal on our patio. We would definately return and rent the same spot in the future!

A vacation in Destin Florida just means renting from Newman-Dailey and staying at Summer Breeze condos! This family tradition has been going on since the early '90's. Always, Summer Breeze Condos has been like our "vacation home"and the Newman-Dailey family has been there to greet and meet us! Our condo has always been clean, and always ready with everything we need to start our vacation! Now that the children are grown, they too want to start their own traditions, and always think of Summer Breeze as "Destin"!
Thank you for all the memories and all the future memories as well!

| Man the condo was great! Clean, full amenities, close to the beach. Mr. Dailey was helpful in helping me find someone to work on my vehicle when I got there. Nice people that work there. The retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant that works on the grounds was very nice too. Beautiful beaches across the road. We WILL be staying there again! Only complaint: floor creaked from someone walking across the floor above us. Set an upstairs room. Otherwise a perfect 10!!! |

| We had a great time on our vacation. We enjoyed Summer Breeze very much. The room was very nice, and the view was great. We receive lots of extras such as tickets for go karts, water park, golf and lots more which helped with the high gas prices. |

| We spent a week at this property and it was great. It is directly across the street from the beach. The property was very clean. The staff at Newman Daily were also great....very helpful. The kids loved the pool. I'll be back next year. I would highly recomend this property to anyone. |

We have been vacationing with Newman Dailey for the past five years or so. Four years at Summer Breeze and one year at the houses near(Trinidad or Martinque I think.)
Always accommodating Newman Dailey employees. This year the young gentleman (sorry I forgot his name)who checked us in was very helpful through our stay.
The only concern I have is Summer Breeze has no internet access. I realize we are on vacation but we need to communicate with work, even if it is briefly. I may be wrong but I thought (assummed) the website said access in the condo, Summer Breeze, office which is closed. We had to go to the Newman Dailey office. It is just the times we live and work in that makes internet necessary and I would hope the condo owners realize that.
