This is a house that feels like home, somewhere you’ll love to revisit again and again. It’s a place where everyone can have their own little piece of heaven.Choose from one of five balconies and decks to lounge away your days. Watch the sun set over the emerald waters from the crow’s nest -- a unique feature that comes complete with four hammock chairs. Drift in your own private pool and spill-over spa on the deck in the back yard. You’ll feel that you’ve escaped into a tropical oasis.The inside has also been lovingly attended to. Comfortable furnishings with a West Indies flare and a wet bar add to the relaxing ambiance. Dining for 15 and a whole stash of games will get the family together for some good times. And the master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub for relaxing after a long day at the beach.Location is also a big plus here. A few houses down are the community pool deck and the west entrance to the Ocean View community. To the right are malls and restaurants, straight ahead is the fabulous local restaurant Camille’s, and just around the corner are the beautiful beaches.Wireless internet available

This was our 5th stay with the Newman Daily properties. As always the staff and service was great. We enjoyed our stay in Destin. The property we rented was in a great location, walking distance to the beach, dining, and shopping. The open air crows nest was our favorite part, very neat ! The home was nice but I would say it was not up to our normal expectations for a Newman daily property. The home did show its age with. The walls were scuffed, carpet was stained, cushions in the breakfast nook had holes. The condition of the home did not have any effect on our trip. And the condition was just a sign of age and use, still very clean and neat home. I was pleased with the rate I paid for the house in late summer, but would not pay the summer rate to stay in the home. We did enjoy our stay

| Our family vacation at Stairway to Heaven actually exceeded our expectations! As soon as we arrived at the house and started checking it out, we were all smiles and laughing like kids - we were so happy with everything! The big living area downstairs, especially the kitchen, was perfect for the family gathering every evening. We all enjoyed the pool, but the crow's nest with the hammock chairs was probably our favorite spot early in the morning and then late at night! The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed the amenities - the guys played golf 3 mornings and we all took the dolphin cruise one evening. Everyone in the office was so nice and friendly and even concerned that we had found a few loose slats in the railing in the crow's nest. All the way around it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience and we will definitely return!!! |

Would not stay in Stairway to Heaven again |

Stairway to Heaven had/has so much potential. I am sure at some point, this
home was beautiful. But now it has all the signs that the owners have given up
(maybe thats why its for sale).
The good: the house is spacious, the kitchen is huge, the master bedroom is
nice. On the very top of the house they have 4 hammocks, this was cool.
There are only two TV's that work in the house. Outdoor furniture is old.
The alarm to go in and out the back door was almost a deal breaker.
Beds were uncomfortable. The garage smelled of a very bad oder.
We will not be doing business with Newman-Daily again. This was our second
time using their services and they are so rude (Donna) that I refuse to accept
that type of customer service, when there are soooo many others we can
choose from. |

This house truly was a stairway to heaven |

This was the most relaxing vacation we've ever had. Close to the beach and all the fun. It felt like you had walked into home (only better). The house was very comfortable and exceeded all our expections.
We did have a small problem with the pool, but they immediately came out to fix it. The house could use a little TLC, but nothing major.
There's nothing better than sitting in the widow's watch in the early morning. There's a wonderful breeze and it's so peaceful. |

| Great property. Very close to the beach. We had a great time. Easy check in and out. The only complaint is that a gas grill would have been nice. After a full day at the beach, it was a real drag to have to light charcoal and wait for it to be ready to cook. |

We enjoyed our vacation in Destin. There were a couple of issues with the house.
1. The upstairs smelled musty but bought some febreeze and it was better.
2. The refrigerator was leaking water out into the floor.
But all in all the stay at Stairway to Heaven was a pleasant one. It was quiet and comfortable. Would rent again if the issues were taken care of.

| The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space. It was a very short walk to the beach, which was nice. The pool was much smaller than we expected. The jacuzzi in the master bath didn't work and most of the plastic chairs by the pool were broken. |

| This was our 15 year coming to Destin and staying in a Newman Dailey House. Stairway was another great experience, the house and pool area are spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend some updating on the patio furniture, several pieces were broken and/or worn out. But overall, it was another great experience...Thank you. |

| The house was very spacious and nice. The pool in the backyard was perfect for a quick dip and it was a very short walk to the beach. Great location to take advantage of the amenities nearby and the program with the free rounds of golf was very nice. |

House was clean and very roomy and in a great location, but alarms did not work on the kids exterior doors upstairs so we constantly had to worry about them going out on the balconies. Also we were under the impression that the overspill spa outside was a hot tub...it is not.... so that was a bummer. There were also racoons living under the deck that made alot of racket.
Overall we had fun, but next time we might look at other houses for that price range. The person we dealt with at the office was very rude and not helpful at all. The others in that office seemed nice but we never got lucky enough to deal with them. |

| We had a fabulous time in and around this house. The kitchen was the best for family gatherings. We loved the quaint neighborhhod, reminded us of Wisteria Lane without ALL of the "housewife" drama! The short walk to the beach was great and everything else was just a short drive. We really enjoyed all the balconies for some "get away to read" time. My personal favorite was the awesome jacuzzi tub in the master bath and the incredible hammock chairs at the tip top of the house. We will be back....again and again~!!!!! |

This property was great - everything one could want in a rental! Very clean and stocked with everything. Well run with excellent property management. We needed a couple of items and, presto, they were there. Coffee maker was not working and within an hour - at night - a brand new one arrived. Shopping in area is very close with excellent stores.
Wish it was closer but we may do it again as the drive is worth it for a reunion. Actually, for a vacation, wedding - whatever! It is like a New England seaside village.
Really, this was an excellent place to stay with a large family. It was recommended by "to be in-laws" who have been going to this area and staying in this area for years. They have used and recommended Flipkey for many years. G.S. Cocoa, Florida |

| We have rented through Newman-Daily many times, but this is probably our favorite vacation home so far. The hammocks and pool were favorites of the entire family; not to mention the easy walk to the beach! We would definitely rent this home again. |
