In addition, this condo is loaded with an outdoor hot tub and deck for you and your neighbors to relax together while talking about your adventures on the slopes!With the old town park, sledding hill, and playground just seconds away, this condo is the perfect homebase for families or groups of friends! This can also be rented with other Atrium units (upon availability) for larger parties.Within the condo, there is a queen bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the second room, and for the guest who likes to catch their "Z's" in front of the fire, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. With a gorgeous stone gas fireplace, color TV, DVD, and VCR, not to mention the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, this condo is loaded with amenities! This condo has been newly remodeled with a large kitchen and modern appliances, and also has a lovely private balcony overlooking town park!Breckenridge Accommodations is now offering FREE unlimited DVD rentals for the duration of your stay! We also offer FREE door-to-door VIP shuttle service from your vacation home to any location within the town limits of Breckenridge! 8am - 9pm Daily (Winter Season)

| We really enjoyed our stay at the Atrium (unit 108). The unit was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We felt very at home in the condo. The hot tub was wonderful. The outdoor grill has seen better days, but got the job done. The unit is a nice walking distance from Main Street. I would definitely recommend this unit to others and would stay here again. |

| Our family found this to be the perfect location for the 4th of July events - 10K race and Mt. Bike race began and ended practically in our backyard. And the parade was a hoot! Although I missed hearing a band, the bagpipers were fun and the water-balloon battles were good spirited. Chances are good that we'll come back next year. |

| It was a great location with it's own bus stop to the slopes and town, just a few 100 yards from the sledding hill, dog park, and hiking trails, and only about 4 blocks walk to main street. It was very nice and comfortably furnished with a great kitchen if you like to cook. From Breck Accommodations we were able to rent movies for free. My only complaint is that check out time was 10am.....wwwwaaayyyyy too early. Oh, and no internet access. |

| The condo was very nice, and furnished with everything we needed to live as if we were at home. It was located next to a slope where kids were able to slide down on sleds, and close to breckinridge downtown shopping and eating. We could park in a covered garage, and use the public transportation to go to the slopes. Breckenridge is very family oriented, especially with teens trying to have some freedom from their parents. |
