Clean and very nice! There were a few issues-not enough chairs around
dning room table (or in condo) to accomadate 7 guests, let alone the nine
it was advertised for. The matress on the fold out couch wasn't a matress
at all but a set of springs! unacceptable as a sleeping bed, so adults had to
double up with kids in the bunk bed!
Breck accomodation office staff much more helpful and friendly than last
year Much appreciated, I will rent with you again next year! |

The unit was wonderful, proximity to town perfect, we could walk everywhere.
The unit was listed to have a playstation and did not. Could not get the DVD
player to work, other than that was great. Staff at Breckenridge
Accommodations was very nice and helpful! Parking is difficult is you have
more than one vehicle. |

We had several sub-par experiences. First, we made our reservatioon for
Spring Break, checking in on Sunday. We received a confirmation of dates,
made travel arrangements, then were told our reservation was cancelled
because the renters already in the unit wanted to stay longer. We couldn't
get in until the following Monday which meant changing travel plans and
missing one whole day of skiing. We were not offered anything really for this
headache.
Finally got into the unit, which has a great proximity to the slopes, but
noticed immediately one of the beds was broken. The frame was actually
broken and the bed made a perfect "V". It was replaced rather quickly.
The place was dirty. Not sure what the cleaning deposit is for because the
carpet hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. The Kleenex holder pulled
entirely out of the wall when one is removed. Several things that should be
fixed but were left undone.
We won't stay here again. Not worth the money. |

| We chose this site because of the rustic decor. It was eveything we hoped for. There were plenty of family games to play. Great location for skiers. The lighting was a little dim for us. A+ |

| The condo had some nice furnishings and was in a great location, however, this particular condo had not been well taken care of. For example, within the first 24 hours a towel bar fell off the wall. Also, the showers kept going from cold water to hot water even though we didn't touch the handles. There were no cookie sheets available, only 5 dinner plates and one worn out skillet making it difficult to even cook for our family of 5. We were given no key to the ski locker, so all our stuff sat in the foyer of the condo. The DVD player wouldn't work properly either and there was no remote for it. Almost no hangers. Attending to these things would've made our stay so much nicer. All in all, we've stayed in nicer places and won't choose this one again. |

This unit is pretty good - not great. It has a good location, just a short walk to a lift.
As you would expect, the unit has a lot of wear and tear. It probably needs new carpeting and there is somewhat of a musty smell.
We had two family's of four in the unit and we were able to function. They do need to purchase a new pull out sofa sleeper as my boys chose to sleep on the floor rather than in the uncomfortable bed. |

| The condo is as beautiful as the pictures. Located on the 2nd floor it was quiet. The complex is ski in-ski out but the unit is not. You have to walk about 100 yards to get to the base of the slope, which was okay but we were under the impression you ski ski right to the door. The kids tried it but they had to pole the whole way and rocks on the street really abused the bottoms of the skis. Knowing that, we would stay there again. |

Great place to stay |

| We really enjoyed our stay in the Chateaux. This unit was decorated in an up-to-date manner and was cozy while offering ample space for many sleepers. It was clean, conveniently located, and came with all the amenities you need for your stay -- ample linens, cookware, etc. We had a parking permit for a garage space that was well lit and very convenient. At the time, the unit had a stubborn door lock but the management company was very responsive and helped us gain initial entry. My only suggestions would be that they fix the chipped slate floor tile in the kitchen, the front door hardware and think about leaving a few loads worth of detergent in the unit for the washer (we brought our own, but some people might not think of that). Overall, this was a wonderful unit in a charming mountain town. |

| The condo was very convenient to the mountainside and the heart of town and also very quiet. Great, well equipped kitchen which was nice since we cooked a lot. Nice decor. Liked having 3 bathrooms. Recommendations for change: Parking was a pain since we arrived in 2 cars. The underground parking was overpriced - it should have been complimentary with the condo - and then we had to park the 2nd car in a faraway lot. Also, the second bedroom queen bed has a very soft mattress that should be changed out. The master bath should have some safety railings, as the tub is very challenging to climb in and out of when taking a shower. Also the lighting could be updated in the master bath to add some brightness. |

| Decor is fabulous! Layout of the condo is perfect for a large family. Able to sleep several and spread out so that you are not walking all over each other. 2.5 baths are great! Being able to walk to both the lifts and to grab a bite at night is icing on the cake! |
