Older Property |

| This is an older property that is in need of updates. It is clean and quaint just older. There are no amenities, (pool, ect), and that would have been nice to have. I thought it also needed screens in the windows, especially near the front door. However, the views from the balcony were spectacular. |

| We had a wonderful time the condo could not have been any more perfect. My wife and I stayed her with my 13 year old daughter and her friend. Location was perfect. Right across the street from the lifts and around the corner from all the shopping and dinning you could ever want. The condo was very cozy, had a private patio, and was very clean. Bed was comfortable and ski rental shop was on the first level along with a nice resturant. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Breckenridge. |

Breck Ski Trip |

Location, location, location! It is situated perfectly to get to the slopes or anywhere downtown. It is very convenient to everything you need. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your meals, if desired. There are plenty of blankets and pillows.
On the down side, the bed(s) were extremely uncomfortable and could use some updating. The biggest issue we faced and there is nothing that can be done about it is that the guests directly above made so much noise we could not sleep. You can hear them open and close doors, drawers, etc and it sounded like they wore their ski boots throughout the unit all day and night. |

Great location - Walk to everything |

Condo is in one of the older buildings in Breckenridge, so not a flashy place... But it had everything you need for a few days of skiing. Walk to town, walk to lifts, walk downstairs to a great happy hour at Mi Casa.
Queen bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed for dining in. View from the deck was nice although it would be nice if it was shoveled or at least had a shovel in the unit so the renters could clear the deck if they wish.
Unit is above a busy mexican restaurant, so you will get a whiff of the kitchen at times. Noise was not an issue at the time I was there, but it did not appear that all the units were occupied. Hot tub not working the whole time I was there, kinda of a bummer, but again it is an older building. All in all a convenient location that will meet the basic needs, and the price was right. If you are looking for fancy or upgraded furnishings, better look elsewhere and be prepared to pay more. |

| My only complaint about the property was the upstairs guests. They were loud, stomping around all hours of day/night. Other than that our vacation was enjoyable, and the property was very well kept. |

Great location. Cozy and a nice view as well. My third unit to rent in the building. I prefer this one for the view.
I look forward to going back. |

Great location in downtown Breckenridge |

| Condo is small but attractively appointed. Great location in downtown Breckenridge overlooking "The Dredge", a replica of a dredge used in times past to move timber and now the site of a floating restaurant. Condo sits above a busy Mexican restaurant. Proximity to these restaurants means it can be noisy. If you like to party into the night, you won't mind it. But if you're turning in early and want to have the windows open while you sleep, you may not get a good night's sleep. |
