| This condo was updated very well and right nect to the hot tub. It was perfect location and very pleasant to stay in. I will definantly be going back to Der Steiermark! |

On the upside, we liked being close to River Walk Concert Center and shopping/dining.
On the downside, this condo was not up to standards. I would never expect guests to sleep on a mattress w/o a mattress bad or have a huge (questionable) stain in the middle of their coverlet. Eew!
Shower curtain was torn and many other items, furniture and carpet included, were dirty or in disrepair.
We asked for towels midweek and never received them.
It was NOT our favorite experience and we will not rent through this organization again as a result. |

| Very cozy and conveinent to all ameneties. Good value and adequately stocked kitchen with necessary appliances. Used the shuttle service which was real nice and the ski rental place under the condo was great. Nice guys and very helpful. Loved having the garage |

| Great place to stay. Very close to slopes. Couldn't really get much better considering ski rental is below you and the best mexican restaurant is also below you. hottub is directly outside your door and bars and shopping are very close. Price was very reasonable. |

| The location is great. It was really easy to get to and from the slopes with the kids. It was also easy to walk to restaurants on Main Street. The property management company gave us plenty of extra towels. |
