| Enjoyed the unit and location. However never figured out how to use the DVD which was a bit disappointing. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. |

| Stayed at pine ridge 11A in mid April. Very spacious and an absolute perfect location: directly across from bus stop, 1/2 block from 4 o'clock run and 3 blocks from downtown. Park your car and forget it. Newly painted, new appliances. Would benefit from TVs in bedrooms and updating of showers but certainly not a showstopper. Will gladly rent again. |

| We really enjoyed our stay at Pine Ridge. The best part is the location, right across the street from all of the shopping and restaurants in Breckenridge. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was very nice. Only thing I thought was missing was chairs to sit out on the deck. Our condo was spacious - like a home away from home. I would definitely come back. |

We love this unit and have stayed in it several times. We almost feel like it's a second home. The owner keeps the kitchen well-stocked for meal set-up. You don't need to buy a whole bunch of condiments and other stuff that will remain behind. The beds are comfortable and two large couches can sleep extra visitors. The unit is very family friendly (not a lot of junk that cantankerous kids can break).
The location one block from Main Street can't be beat. Bike rental shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and the kids can make treks to Main Street without too many worries. There's a nice hot tub on the premises and a community pool a very short and pleasant walk away.
