This cozy condo also comes equipped with a wood burning fireplace, color TV, VCR, full kitchen & bar area, onsite laundry and access to a hot tub!A nice condo for a GREAT price! Breckenridge Accommodations is now offering FREE unlimited DVD rentals for the duration of your stay! We also offer FREE door-to-door VIP shuttle service from your vacation home to any location within the town limits of Breckenridge! 8am - 9pm Daily (Winter Season)

My family of six just spent an awesome Spring Break in Breckenridge. We have stayed in several condos over the years there and I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to others. It is just perfect for a cozy getaway in the beautiful mountains. It was well furnished and comfortable. There is a great sledding hill in the park that the kids will love. We purchased and left two sleds there we hope will stay with the condo.
As a side note, you will need extra towels for a stay longer than three days. Also, the sofa sleeper needed a little attention as it was not comfortable enough to spend more than one night on even for kids. While I wouldn't recommend walking to the slopes, there is the free shuttle that picks up and drops off across from the parking lot that will take you anywhere you want to go in town. Also, Breckenridge Accomodations offers a complimentary shuttle to and from any location. I also enjoyed the underground parking that kept my car from the weather. I would definatly vacation there again.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to village. Free shuttle to the slopes and town. Hot tub.
Cons: Unit is a little old and decor is dated. Had problems with the dishwasher, sleeper sofa, and electrical outlets (plugs kept falling out). |

Powder Ridge is ideally placed for those who want to ski every available minute and those who would rather take it gently! The layout of the condo is different from the kind of place we have in the UK but it is neat and clean and well serviced.
Our party of 5 was on the slope by 9:00 (some days) but were able to amble round the shops and enjoy the French cafe for a break. Everything is on your doorstep.
For those without transport the condominium is on the bus route to the lifts as well as being just a short walk from the town. Also it is a great place for children with the toboggan runs in the park next door.
We have stayed in Powder Ridge 3 times so far and each time the available amenities seem to have improved along with the resort.
I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Breckenridge who wants to be able to have a choice of holiday....lively or quiet. Either way they will have a great time here. |
