I would stay at Trails End again.
I liked Trails End 219 for the most part, but the unit needs some up grades.
I would suggest: 1) up dating the TV in the LR, 2) better lighting in the BR, 3) placing a TV in the BR, and 4) a king bed in the BR.
The TV in the LR was a small screen and not a newer flat screen. The most bright light in the unit was in the BR closet! The only light in the BR was a small one on the dresser. There was no TV in the BR. I would prefer a king bed.
Trails End complex is very nice. It is secure and parking was ample. Access to down town Breck is great as one can easily walk to and from there.
I would stay at Trails End again, but I would want a larger unit!

Basic Needs Met; Good Location
The 1Bedroom, 1Bath Condo was clean and fairly up-to-date with furnishings. Bldg, parking, grouns, and and sauna area were well maintained. Location was very good to walk to Main Street locations for summer activities. It would be very tight to house 4 adults and all their gear, but assume that is standard for ski environment. Summer price was within supply/demand range for like properties. Accommodations rental staff was very helpful and friendly.

Good location
We actually didn't stay in unit 219 as we had booked. We were given the key to that unit at check in but someone was staying there so the management co. brought us a key to unit 201. The next day we were going to move to unit 219 when it was vacated but upon viewing it, 201 was a little nicer and we were told the fireplace wasn't working in 219. We also had a few problems with the fireplace in 201. Overall the management co. was very accomodating and nice. These are older condos and while some have been redone beautifully units 219 and 201 are still basic with painted cupboards and formica or tile counters and the furniture in 219 looked a little worn.
The best part was the location and the ski lockers in the lobby...so no skis had to be in the unit which was a little tight.
I asumed there would be two TV's but there is only one in the living room which was a little difficult having an 11 yr old with us who wanted to watch differnt shows than us.
It was a fun vacation but knowing a little more about the unit would have lowered our expectations and made for a better 1st day. More...

Summer Vacation
The condo was in close walking distance to the newest, best end of town. Parking was a little crowded. Public parking very close by though. Room in good shape, clean. Decorated nice. Comfy bed. More...
