What a glorious place to visit, especially in the fall. What beautiful colors, and scenery.
This unit is up above the valley floor so it has nice views of the mountains. I imagine for skiers it's especially nice to be right at the slopes. The unit is nice for two or even three couples. There is a king bed in one room and bathroom in that bedroom, and a queen in the other bedroom and bath in the hall. Pull out sofa in the living room I believe, so could have sleeping there too. It has a full kitchen with most stuff you need. Flat panel TV in the living room is nice. We were unable to get into the clubhouse to use the pool as you need a code that we didn't have, and the hot tubs were closed down. Movies apparently available in the Visit Breck office during their office hours. Consider bringing towels as they only give one per person. You do walk up some stairs although it is a first floor unit. Overall, it is comfortable and nice. It would be a fair walk to town, especially coming back up the hill, but it's very quiet which is nice. Gas fireplace in living room is nice. Microwave and stove had minor issues, but it is generally comfy and has a dining area and nice living room/tv area. Bring shampoo, etc. Especially during the low season, it's a good value for multiple couples. |

| My family and I stayed in mid August. Beautiful weather, laid back and relaxing time. Great hiking, bike riding, and strolling the town right at your back door. At this time of year, very affordable. Go for it. |

Nice rental if management would address issues |

| We stayed in this rental for 5 nights. There was an issue with the fireplace, it had a strong odor of gas when not operating which management refused to acknowledge or fix (they claim they tested for a gas leak and found none but the odor was permeating)- it appears this has been an issue with this unit in the past based on prior reviews and that management chooses to ignore this issue- perhaps it will take one occasion where somebody becomes seriously ill for them to take action to repair the fireplace. We also requested a unit with wifi (a necessity since I need to log in remotely for work)but we did not have internet access the entire stay and management did not even attempt to resolve the issue (it was never fixed as it appears as somebody forgot to pay the bill) until the afternoon before we left. Otherwise the unit is great with an upgraded and stocked kitchen and in a very quiet area. Based on management's failure to respond to issues surrounding this unit, I do not recommend this rental- especially if you are paying a premium in the winter to do so. |

| Great appartment, very sunny, great location, direct view and access to 4 o'clock run, - the only issue we had, is that in this wooden building you hear the people walking in the appartment above and coming down the wooden staircase (in skiboots!) right in front of your bedroom window. So sleeping in is only possible, until your neighbours wake up... |

The accomodations were great and my party was very happy and comfortable during the stay. My only gripe was in regards to the Hotub and pool facility. I had to wait 30 minutes for maintenance to open the spa, then found no towels for use in the hotub area. The signs on the front door said, "Please do not remove towels from the Clubhouse." that wasn't an issue considering there where no towels to be had.
Other than that...it was a great stay and having the skislope literally 15 feet off your back porch step was fantastic. Comfortable beds, beautiful full kitchen with washer/dryer. Cable TV, Internet, and fireplace.
I would definitly stay here again!!

| We had a wonderful skiing trip in Breckenridge! The condo we stayed in was very nice and roomy. Loved being able to ski right to our deck when done skiing for the day. The only problem was the gas fireplace in our unit, there was a slight smell of gas, maintance checked said it was fine but we decided to keep off to be safe. |

| Our weekend stay at the condo was nice but on Sunday morning the bathroom toilet was clogged. We did our best to unclog the toilet and notified the management company. Everything was clean and in good shape when we left other than the still clogged toilet. We were later informed in a very accusing e-mail that they were charging us for damages from the clogged toilet they attributed to "guest misuse". The condo is fine, but I would look for another rental agency who at the very least treats its guests fairly and respectfully. |
