Loved location & layout & parking garage.

The heating system in the bedrooms was very noisy (hot water moving through the pipes) and kept us awake at night. Bedrooms were hot even though we turned down the thermostat (I should have pulled the humidifer out of the closet...had a hard time breathing).
Kitchen lacked a large pot to boil pasta. Mike was very responsive & brought us wine glasses. More...

Longbranch #208

The service from the reservationist Katie C. was tremendous - she was very helpful and friendly.

A couple of issues with our stay though:
- The oven did not work (but the stove/cooktop did); we ended up not being able to cook the pre-prepared meals we brought along and had to eat out at a restaurant both nights, which was an expense we didn't plan on.
- TV remote did not work properly (channel changer); not a big deal, but it would have been nice.
- Hot tub was drained/empty, sign said "out-of-order", and another owner told us that it hadn't been filled or working for several months; would have been nice to soak after a day of hiking!

Thanks for replying to the survey! I remember these items that you reported upon your departure and I apologize they were not taken care of before your arrival. I can assure you the items in the unit (remote and stove) were immediately resolved. The building hot tub is finally back in working order after some prolonged repairs. Classic

Nice condo with easy access to the main town and ski area. We enjoyed the stay with exception of the barking dog all day and into the night until about midnight. The sound traveled throught the entire complex and upset my family very much.

Overall, a fine location and condominium with a nice touch by having a real fireplace with supplied wood.

Very nice, convenient and comfortable

We very much enjoyed this unit and it had plenty of room for 6. It was convenient to downtown Breckenridge (a couple of blocks walking) and also not too far from the gondola (4-5 blocks). Nice amenities - garage parking, hot tub, pool, sauna. Spacious bedrooms. More...
