3 bedroom/3.5 bath, 1678 sq. ft. townhouse located 2 blocks to Main Street and 1 block to a Shuttle Stop. It has a full kitchen, Gas fireplace, TV, VCR, Stereo with CD, Washer/Dryer, high speed internet access, a Gas Grill on the deck and 1 Car Garage. There is a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, King-sized bed in the second bedroom, Captain Bunk bed in the third bedroom and a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. You also have access to The Columbine Clubhouse with Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub. *NO SMOKING*

Poor maintenance |

This is my third time staying at PineCreek H. I really like the location but:
1. Heat in Living area didn't work
2. Carpeting is very dirty. Carpeting makes or breaks the experience. Need a carpet that doesn't show spots.
3. Throw rug by garage was filthy
4. Garage floor needs cleaned out. dirt keeps getting tracked into the garage.
5. Chair in living room is extremely old and dirty
6. Blinds on sliding glass door don't function well
7. Window at top of stairs in living area didn't close
8. No propane in barbeque the first day impacting our dinner plans. 24 hrs later propane was delivered.
9. I needed to reset the GFI breaker switch to get the sockets in the bathroom to work.
Will not reserve in advance again, but will inspect properties before renting them.

| This location was great. Well equipped and walking distance to the base of the Quicksilver chair. Pool across the street, garage, wireless, good stuff. I would stay at the same location again. |

| I would highly recommend this vacation home. The guest services was outstanding! Very accommodating and knowledgeable as well. I have NO complaints. |

| Opening weekend trip. Unit was clean upon arrival and nicely decorated. Some things need to be fixed, chair leg, towel holder, loose kitchen faucet, nothing major but should be addressed. Unit needs a bigger TV in the living room. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have no TVs. We got a last minute deal so it was worth staying there but during peak season rates I might look for something else that has been updated. |

Pleasantly surprised! |

We rented this condo on a last minute deals web site 5 days before we arrived. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much. The pictures made it look outdated, dreary, and small.
We were so surprised when we arrived at how large it was! And how many beautiful windows and decks there were!
I have stayed in several higher end condos in Breckenridge that are tiny - tiny living space and tiny bedrooms.
This place was huge comparatively. Full kitchen, full dining room and a great living room. We had three infants or toddlers with us and had plenty of room for them to run and roll around. All of the bedrooms were nice size as well.
It was a perfect layout as well with the bedrooms on the third and first floors and the living space on the second. That allowed the adults to stay up and play games without worrying about waking the kids.
I highly recommend this unit for families with kids, three couples, or anyone that can climb stairs. (definitely not handicap accessable) |
