There is a full kitchen, 2 gas fireplaces, 2 TV's 2 DVD's, Stereo with CD, Washer/Dryer, high speed internet access, jetted tub in the master bathroom and Private outdoor Hot Tub. This unit has a King-sized bed in the first master bedroom, Queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, Queen-sized bed in the third bedroom and a Queen-sized sofa sleepers in the living room and den. The home also has a single car Garage. *NO SMOKING*

House needs some work |

This is our third year renting with Peak Property. The first two years we rented a different house on the other side of town. This year that house was not available so we took a chance on this house in Park Forest Estates. This house was more expensive. I am sure this is due to the closeness to the ski runs. The condition of the house is not worth the price. Biggest issue was the toilets. Each toilet had a sign on it to hold the handle down for the entire flush. Obviously, there are some plumbing issues. By the second day one toilet overflowed and became unuseable. A day later another one did not work properly. We ended up with only one working toilet for the five of us. I am sure that we could ahve called the management company, but I did not want to have to wait around for a plumber or have someone come when our kids where there, and we were not. Also, the bathrooms were not up to my standards for cleanliness. We had two showers that had dead spiders in them upon arrival. And the bathrooms looked dirty. Some of this could be that the molding around the tubs and showers just need to be redone, but it made them look dirty. Also, the carpet in several areas around the house appeared dirty and stained.
The best things about the house was the kitchen was really clean, and the house had a really nice hot tub.
I don't feel this house was worth the money charged for it. I would not rent it again. |

Thanks for taking the time to reply to our survey. I sincerely apologize that the property was not in perfect order upon your arrival. Those toilets are difficult and, as you stated, we could have had them all up and running.
I will address each item with our maintenance department and make this beautiful home live up to your expectiations on your next trip. |
