3 bedroom/1.75 bath, 1094 sq. ft. condominium located 2 blocks to Main Street and 1 block to Shuttle. This location lets you Ski-in on 4 O’clock Run and cross the street back to the building. You may also walk to the base of Peak 9. The unit has a full kitchen, Gas fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, Apt-Size Washer/Dryer and steam shower. There is a King-size bed in the master bedroom, Queen with a TV in the second room, a bunk bed and twin size bed in the third room, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. You also have access to an outdoor hot tub at Park Place and the Upper Village pool and hot tubs a block away (Pool closed until 12/1/09 for renovations). *NO SMOKING*

Wonderful place to stay when skiing in Breckenridge

We have rented this condo every Spring Break for the last 5 - 6 years. The location is absolutely the best in Breckenridge. It is close to the slopes, dining, and shopping. You can walk everywhere but the grocery store, and it is just a short drive down the street. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The mattresses need replacing, but everything else is great. It even has a washer and dryer in the condo. Our family loves to stay here. More...

Breckenridge

Place was very nice, Needed some cookware, had to buy a skillet.
Plenty of China and flatware, glasses.
Bedding worked well for Six of us.
Two bathrooms was great..
Bus was very easy to access to the lifts and getting home on the Four
O'Clock was simple.
We had a wonderful Time. Thanks..

Great visit

We had a wonderful Christmas Holiday in Breckenridge. The unit was centrally located to the downtown area.

A few things that we would reccomend would be supply the kitchen with proper cooking utensils.

We would recommend that the ice-maker work properly, and the thremostats need to be calibrated.
