Vacation Rental Description
2 bedroom/2 bath, 1245 sq. ft. condominium located 2 blocks to Main Street and 1 block to Shuttle. This location lets you Ski-in on 4 O'clock Run and cross the street back to the building. You may also walk to the base of Peak 9. The unit has a full kitchen, Gas fireplace, TV, VCR,DVD, Apt-Size Washer/Dryer, high speed internet access, gas grill on the deck and steam shower. There is a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen + a Captain bunk bed in the second bedroom and a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in living room. You also have access to an outdoor hot tub at Park Place and the Upper Village pool and hot tubs a block away (Pool closed until 12/1/09 for renovations). *NO SMOKING*

* Great Location
* Roomy Condo
* It seemed like there were elephants living above us that never slept. They were walking around all hours of the day and night causing loud squeeks from the ceiling.
* The master bed mattress was very hard.
* The local pool was under construction and closed. The city pool was also under construction closing part of it during our stay. |

Thanks for replying to our survey. I'm sorry there were some loud guest above you during your stay. Also, I wish both the neighborhood pool and the Breckenridge Recreation Center were available for you to enjoy.

Great place to stay if skiing at Breckenridge |

| The condo was awesome. Very nicely done and spacious for our family. We could ski down to right across the street from the condo, which made it convenient to come back for lunch. It was easy to catch a shuttle for a couple blocks to the lift. We would definitely recommend it. |

| This was a great condo for our family over Christmas. The ski-in location and only 1 block to the ski lift made it a perfect location for our skiing holiday. The condo was clean, roomy, and equiped with all the conveniences and close enough to main street to walk. We couldn't ask for a better place. |
