Property Overview

2 bedroom/2 bath, 1245 sq. ft. condominium located 2 blocks to Main Street and 1 block to Shuttle. This location lets you Ski-in on 4 O'clock Run and cross the street back to the building. You may also walk to the base of Peak 9. The unit has a full kitchen, Gas fireplace, TV, VCR,DVD, Apt-Size Washer/Dryer, high speed internet access, gas grill on the deck and steam shower. There is a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen + a Captain bunk bed in the second bedroom and a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in living room. You also have access to an outdoor hot tub at Park Place and the Upper Village pool and hot tubs a block away (Pool closed until 12/1/09 for renovations). *NO SMOKING*

Great

We had a great time. Condo was great, clean, well stocked.. Great location, walking distance to shuttles, mountain, Snowflake lift. We had so much snow that we could ski down from Snowflake to the condo... More...

Great unit over the road from the town. Ski on 4
o'clock back to the unit was great. Very nice

Great location.

We stayed in Park Place E2 for 5 days. It was myself, my 18yo son and his 19yo friend. The size was good for us. Close quarters in the bedrooms but we were not in them much anyway. (I must add that we were kind of spoiled to the size of the cond we stayed in a couple of yrs prior) We had no complaints about the beds or how clean everything was. There were a few minor items that could be added to the kitchen utensil's, and dishes, but otherwise everything was equiped. Having the washer and dryer was really nice. At first we were afraid that the noise of people outside and over us was going to be bad. However, the owners have white noise machines in each bedroom. Once we turned these on and went to bed there was not a problem. (THANKS!)The location was nice, not a long walk to the slopes or to main street. We were able to park our truch in covered parking and did not have to deal with snow accumulating on it. There are two grocery stores within walking distance. One is a little farther than the other, but I like to walk. I also did not find the one on the other side of main until after my walk to the other.(It may be a little closer) Check in and out was very easy and everyone that we delt with were very friendly. (THANKS! This means a lot to me. The people who oversee a property can make it or break it.)Our overall experience from reservation to check-out was easy and carefree. We would recommend this property and Peak Property Management to others.

Breckenridge Stay

* Great Location
* Roomy Condo
* It seemed like there were elephants living above us that never slept. They were walking around all hours of the day and night causing loud squeeks from the ceiling.
* The master bed mattress was very hard.
* The local pool was under construction and closed. The city pool was also under construction closing part of it during our stay. More...
