2 bedroom/2 bath, 1245 sq. ft. condominium located 2 blocks to Main Street and 1 block to Shuttle. This location lets you Ski-in on 4 O'clock Run and cross the street back to the building. You may also walk to the base of Peak 9. The unit has a full kitchen, Gas fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, High-Speed Internet Access, Apt-Size Washer/Dryer, steam shower and a Gas grill on the deck. There is a Queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, a Full-sized bed and a Twin-sized bed in the second bedroom and a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in living room. You also have access to an outdoor hot tub at Park Place and the Upper Village pool and hot tubs a block away (Pool closed Until 12/1/09 for renovations). *NO SMOKING*

Pretty good

We had three of us staying for three nights. The property had all the facilities we needed and was comfortable, clean, well-presented and certainly plenty of of room for the three of us. Convenient short walk to the snowflake lift in the morning and walkable to base of Peak 9, too. I should say, however that we are snowboarders so walking is not too much problem. Might be a little too far for skiers to walk. At night, Main St, with all its bars and restaurants, is less than 5 minutes walk away. Decent for the Price

We were in Denver with family for Thanksgiving and wanted to go skiing for the weekend. I found this unit online and was satisfied with the overall experience. The unit itself was a little worn out, but for the price it was well worth it. The hot tub is great at night but be sure to get really warm before you head back to your unit as it is more than a few steps away. I would recommend staying at park place, just don't expect the unit to be sparkling new. More...

Cozy ,quaint and perfect for the family

We are a family of five and wanted a nice yet reasonable mountain get away rental. This facility met our needs and we especially enjoyed the steam shower, and fully equipped kitchen. It was a smooth transaction with the rental company and we would use Peak Property Mgmt. again. More...
