Not what we reserved |

The cabin itself was great, but it was not the one we reserved. My wife and I reserved "Alone Time" for our tenth anniversary. We arrived on Sunday to find we were in "As Good As It Gets." We assumed it was a mistake, and called the office number. A representative called us back very quickly and explained there was an issue with the cabin we reserved and "upgraded" us to the other.
The cabin was very nice and had most of the ammenities you would like, but not the ones we based our trip on, such as a view and a wood burning fireplace. The representative offered to return our money, but finding a cabin on the spot in October is nearly impossible. We stayed in the cabin and had a good time, but would've liked some advanced notice about the issue. |

| I really don't know what else to say other than we are sincerely sorry for the last minute change and your subsequent disappointment. As I told you when you arrived, we did not have advance notice of the issue or would have attempted to contact you. These unforeseen and unpreventable things happen from time to time. All we can do when something does happen, is to make sure that we try our best to accommodate you in another cabin, hopefully one that is superior to the one originally rented. |

| First of all the pictures of the cabin do not give it justice. When we arrived at our cabin, we were all amazed at how beautiful it was! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay at AS GOOD AS IT GETS. I would advise future renters to stay at least 4 nights because you will not want to leave this place! Overall the cabin was very well designed, the fireplace, hot tub, jacuzzi, fully stocked kitchen, and lounge area were enough to spoil my friends and I. I would recommend this cabin and any other GCIS cabins to anyone and everyone. Thank-you for your great service and I hope to be returning soon! |

This cabin is gorgeous... the one lane paved road to get there is a bit scary! The kitchen
was fully equipped. This cabin was so clean... We had a blast! |

Excellent service from the start. The customer service rep was extremely helpful with any questions I had regarding this property. Check-in was fast. The cabin was really nice and had all of the modern conveniences we wanted. We had such a relaxing and the location was very quiet. The Pool table provided relaxing fun with the kids. After hiking and white water rafting, we enjoyed the hot tub to reenergize us for the next adventure. The gated community was also a nice touch to ensure privacy and safety. We are recommending Great Cabins in the Smokies to all of our friends and colleagues if they are headed to the Smoky Mountains. Thanks Great Cabins in the Smokies for a truly memorable and relaxing vacation for our family!

As a side note Additional towels and toiletries etc. were such a pleasant surprise. You may want to update your website to note that towels and linens are included as well as soap shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels etc are included. A really nice touch but we brought all of that with us, didn't realize the extent of what was provided.

| My daughter, my sister and I stayed at As Good As It Gets for our Christmas vacation and we all agreed that it was the most wonderful Christmas we have had since we were kids! It was almost like a dream with the mountains and scenery from our cabin with the decorated Christmas tree that was provided for the cabin. I cannot exaggerate the feeling of waking up to this unbelievable setting during the Christmas season! Children and adults alike must have come at least once in their lives to experience the warmth and serenity, the spirit and fun of spending time in an absolutely gorgeous "home" especially during the Christmas season. There are just no words to describe it. Thank you sooo much for making our visit so memorable! |

| We chose "As Good As It Gets" because of Great Cabins Reality. We have used them before and they are the best rental company to deal with in our experience. We have never had a problem with them from making reservations to checking out and anything in between. The cabin was great and in a small gated community that we had stayed in before. |

The cabin was beautiful. We took out adult son with us and had a great time visiting and relaxing. The cabin is close to lots and lots of activities.
