As others have stated in their reviews, all the necessities are provided by GCITS...(kitchen utensils, towels, W&D, grill, TV, some cleaning supplies). All you have to do is find a way to leave your busy hustle & bustle work life at work so you can enjoy what this area of TN has to offer. I have rented cabins from GCITS 4 times now and I'm sure I will be back again. I have stayed in 3 different cabins and all of them have been clean, safe and relaxing.
I'm sure all who visit will have positive feedback. Enjoy your stay. |

The cabin was everything we were hoping to have and more. It is so well constucted and was immaculate inside.
The facilites in the cabin are great - kitchen ware, bedding, TV, Dish, DVD. The location is superb. Can't say enough good things about the cabin.
The road up to the cabin could be a bit wider but it is paved and easy.
Will certainly use Great Cabins in the Smokies again.

| Would recommend this cabin, and Great Cabins to all. We have rented other properties previously from other rental agencies. Great Cabins is a step above the rest. All the cabins in this gated area were gorgeous. |

| My husband and I loved the porches and hot tub. The cabin was clean and comfortable, the staff had our gift baskets waiting for us and the basket we ordered from Alexandra Gody Baskets. I would recommened that it is a very sweet stay for a couble in need of time together. We hope to return next month with our children, we will be looking to great Cabins in the Smokies. |

Everything was as stated on the web site. The service was good from the office staff, the cabin was clean and neat and the location to other sites was ideal for use.
The cabin was very relaxing. The only thing I would suggest is they place a filter system on the water due to the sulfur. |

| I was completely overwhelmed by the options when I went online to book a cabin for Labor Day weekend. There must be thousands of rental companies. I stumbled on Great Cabins, liked their website and how easy it was to navigate, and was very impressed by the other reviews I read. The great prices were a big plus (though admittedly made me a little nervous about the quality/cleanliness). We were very pleased with our cabin - nicely decorated, clean, private. Having a flat screen TV and Dish satellite was a nice bonus, considering it was the first Saturday of college football! The hot tub was the highlight - especially after an 8 mile hike to Charlies Bunion. We had hoped for more of a view (we had a view of the woods rather than the mountains), but everything else more than made up for it. We will definitely be back! |

We spent a little down time at "Peaceful, Easy,Feeling". The first quarter of the year had been busy and we needed some peace and quiet. This cabin totally filled the bill. The only thing we found that might be addressed was the order in the cabin, it seemed to smell of sulphur water. Don't know if it has a sulphur well or just needed airing out, but that was all that was wrong.
As the name says, it is a peaceful,easy feeling to just kick back, enjoy the views and the quiet, and relax.
The cabin is close enough to some conveniences, but far enough out to be secluded. That really was nice. If you forgot something, just run to the store or market, and you're all set.
Again, it was peaceful and easy to rest and relax.

| We sent a few wonderful days in this great cabin. We would recommend it highly to anyone who is thinking of visiting. We would like to make a return visit this Summer. The cabin is just like the pictures. Staff at check-in was extremely nice and helpful. |

The cabin was great except that the TV in the family room did not work ! We called and someone came took a look but we left and nobody came to fix it !
We were not very happy about it!!
The place was very clean and the cabin in great shape !

This is a nicely decorated, secluded cabin with great front and back porches with plenty of seating to enjoy the view. The furniture is very comfortable inside, we thoroughly enjoyed this property. The bathroom was a little small. We especially enjoyed the porches with rocking chairs and even a large picnic table to eat meals outside, if you so desire. A very comfortable cabin with a nice view, we hated to leave.

We definitely enjoyed our stay and had our best moments and bagged few memories.
I missed my husband's couple of favorite jeans pant in the washer drier while leaving. I called them next day and they said they got it and they will mail me. I didn't get the name of the person whom I spoke with. But, when I followed up after a week, they sounded they don't know what I was talking about and I lost his favorites jeans.
Ofcourse, I am the one to be blamed for not being responsible in the first place. But, I expected a little better prompt actions .... |
