This was by far the best vacation we have had yet. We werer suppose to be in another cabin, but the cabin we were going to stay in had pipe problems. They did not even flinch to put us in there top cabin the Soaring Eagle Lodge. By doing that we will come back every year and stay in the same cabin. We had 7 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty, I mean plenty of room. It was a fit from my 3 year old to the oldest person in the house. We had a blast and can't wait until next year to do the same thing. This is our new "Home away from Home". Thanks More...

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to this beautiful cabin...our 3rd visit to the same cabin, in less than one year. On our most recent visit, we invited my grandmother who just turned 98 yrs. old, my parents, all three of our children and their spouses, our 20 month old grandson, and our 5 month old granddaughter...5 generations, all under one roof! Everything was just perfect,as always... the cabin is very spacious,and is always clean. The bathrooms are hugh, and even the laundry room is perfect! The kitchen is equipped with everything that you could possibly need, to cook for a large group, and there is plenty of seating for everyone. There is even a kitchenette on the lower level. We especially enjoyed the deck with the spectacular view. Even though it rained quite a bit while we were there, it didn't spoil our fun, because we just sat under the covered wrap around porch, where there is plenty of room to play cornhole. If we tired of cornhole we could always go down to the game room, and enjoy playing pool, air hockey, or the fantastic arcade game. The hot tub provides such a fantastic view of the mountains, and was a relaxing way to wind down before bedtime. We have stayed there so often that we feel quite at home when we are there, and we really enjoyed showing it off to the rest of our family. My grandmother had never stayed anywhere like that before, and I think she was a little apprensive when we told her that were we staying in a cabin in the mountains, but she thoroughly enjoyed the master suite, and her private bath. We are returning to the Smokies for an annual Labor Day Weekend trip with 3 other couples, and we tried to book The Soaring Eagle last year after we stayed there, but it was already booked by someone else. We were very disappointed, but I hope that they enjoy their time there as much as we have. We will be stayng at another cabin just up the street. Can't wait to go back to The Soaring Eagle, the best cabin in the Smokies, by far! More...

We had a wonderful time at Soaring Eagle Lodge. It was the nicest cabin we have stayed in so far and we have been coming to the Smoky Mountains with our kids for 20 years!! The cabin was wonderfully furnished with everything we needed including a gorgeous view of the mountains. The kids really loved the downstairs game area and movie room! There was really nothing we didn't like about the place and hope to come back again real soon! The service was excellent and the Great Cabins people were wonderful to us! This cabin was wonderful! There is more than enough of everything in this place to keep a big family happy. It was great to have three different levels so the early birds could enjoy the sun rise and the others could sleep in. Loved the "redneck" game. Management did everything they could to make it a perfect stay. Thank you!

Soaring Eagle Lodge was absolutely beautiful. The scenery was beautiful and the lodge was so warm and homey. It was also emaculately clean. We had our extended family there and it was so nice for everyone to have space and for the different age groups to have a place to hang out. The kitchen was perfectly fitted to meet all our cooking needs. I would unhesitatingly recommend this to anyone.
