Nice and clean condo on the second floor. The Condo matched the pictures on the website 100%.
The kitchen could have a better selection of utensils and pans/ pots instead of the cheap selections.
All in all great stay. |

| My family and I LOVED this condo, the location was perfect! We hope to come back next year for some time during summer break if not sooner. It was beautifully kept, clean and very comfortable. We only wish we could afford to purchase the property since it is for sale. Thanks for a wonderful time, we felt very much at home! |

Extended Weekend in South Padre |

The property is well appointed and clean. We stayed at the property for 4 days and enjoyed our stay. It is within walking distance to the beach and their a vacant lot directly in front of the property helped with the dogs.
The day we arrived we noticed that the pool was slightly dirty (probably due to the rains from earlier in the week) but they had someone come to clean the pool within an hour.
The only issue we had was that we did not realize that the apartment was equipped with a Queen bed in the master bedroom and two queen bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. My daughter and son-in-law did not find the bunk beds comfortable so we decided to use the pull-out sofa bed in the living room instead. All in all it worked out great!
Would definitely stay there again and use Latitude 26. Thanks for the great time. |

| My Family had a great time, beautiful condo, great location. The only problem was the Pool was not in operation. I was told they are waiting on a part. The furnishings are beautiful and it is very spacious. We will return. Great South Padre Vacation. |

The Condo was lovely very spacious
fully-equip the pool was just perfect for us very privately. We enjoy ourselves very much that we end up staying extra night...
I highly recommend this condo and Latitude 26 for being very friendly and helpful.

This is a very attractive property. It is decorated wonderfully.
This place falls short in the kitchen amenties. Upon arrival no iron board, iron, broom, dust pan, vacumn cleaner, silver ware, mixing bowls, casserole dishes, a roaster pan, sufficient towels or bedding and clock radio which are required for a long term stay of three months. Some was supplied, the rest we bought to meet our needs.
This place was advertised " come home to enjoy an evening at home making your favorite dishes in your furnished kitchen" |

My husband, children and I spent our vacation in South Padre Island. The 2 bedroom condo was gorgeous and comfortable. We all enjoyed staying
at the Sunset Landing #3. This was the first time I had been to South Padre Island and I hope to return soon. This condo made my vacation feel luxurious despite the tight budget we were on. |
