Beautiful new 3 bed 2.5 bath condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. 2000 sq feet. 405 Abacos! 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom penthouse. King, Queen, 2 Doubles, Sleeper sofa. Sleeps 10. Located directly across from Ed Walline park with great gulf views as well as easy beach access. Contains 1 King bedroom with bath & 27" plasma tv and a balcony over looking the beautiful pool, 1 Queen bedroom with 20" plasma tv and an additional balcony over looking the pool. 1 bedroom with 2 doubles also with 20" plasma tv. Kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with island bar that has a built-in wine cooler. Stainless appliances, dining area has large table that will seat 8 plus bar that seats 5.Laundry room. Living area has 50" plasma with dvd, vcr & sound system, plus small table that will accomodate 2. 10&12 foot tray ceilings help to enhance the upscale feel Abacos has. There also is a second living area with 20" plasma & sleeper sofa. Only 75 yards to the beach. Within walking distance to several restaurants and only 1/2 mile from Santa Rosa golf course. Abacos 405 is beautiful. The condo was wonderful for myself and daughter and the other two set of friends were brought with us. A perfect 'girls week'. The decor and layout could not have been better. I loved having keyless entry. That is a jewel when you have teens. Views were great and close to the town's shops. I have told many people and passed along the information for others to come and stay. I will be returning!!

We spent four nights at Abacos 405, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. It was the first family vacation since our three children had graduated college and married. We were all together, except one son working in Springfield Ill, who was unable to get away from the job.
Accomadations were outstanding. Honestly, this was the best time our family has had in a while. The kitchen had room for all. We enjoyed the pool and the beach was only a small walk. The place was spotless with room to spare. The kitchen was well equipped with the extra things we enjoy.
One thing that was special was a register where guests and owners had written in a journal recommending sites and eating places. This location was an excellent get away with family in mind. We want to go back in 2009 and stay longer. |

| We very much enjoyed our stay in the beautiful, spacious Abacos condo. The condo was exactly what my family (my parents, my husband and me, and my sister) were looking for. The beach was quiet and not too crowded and the nearby shops and restaurants were convenient. We would very much recommend this condo to anyone looking to have a quiet, peaceful vacation!! |

| This condo was very spacious-we met another family here for a week-we had a bed for everyone to sleep comfortably and plenty of room for the kids to play! Nice view of gulf-a little disappointed that the tiny balconies were off the back side overlooking the pool-thought we would get to sit and visit while looking at the gulf. Otherwise-we really enjoyed the stay! |

We have been vacationing in the Destin area for the past 5 years and this was the best accomodations we have seen. Some of our favorite things included the proximity to the beach, private pool, beautiful accomodations and it is not in a "touristy" area.
The condo was exactly what was described and even better than we expected. The management made it very easy to secure the rental and was very focused on customer service.
We'll definitely stay there again! |
